Busy day in London Town on another front today.
It was so quiet, unbelievable.
Met a couple of excellent movers n shakers in 'The Robbers' just off Belgrave Square, which is a Fuller's Pub with an excellent chef and its real name is The Star Tavern, but known as The Robbers, because it was where The Great Train Robbery was planned. We sat at the same table, and planned a major deal, which is all completely above board, but I thought it would add a little frisson for when the book gets written.
Anyway, looks like you have had a good day looking after TXP, an even better day tomorrow, if Canada is anything to go by, which it usually is.
Looks to me like £1 by the end of the week, next week at the latest. Enfin.

Buffy, I don't fly much these days, and have sold my little fixed wing as well as the G-TOYZ many years ago, like many things, if it floats flies or funx, it is better to rent it, gives you more capital to put into shares.

HGV Medical this week, as I can get through a pilot medical OK the HGV one should be a breeze.
HGV course booked for a fortnight's time, four days' worth, with test at the end.
Then I will be licenced to thrill.
Oh, and it has been suggested that a number of Music star tour operators might be keen to use it as a touring base for some of their bigger stars when lockdown goes away, I like that idea. Taylor Swift can have it free. The bus will cost her though.

Well, I am pleased to say that the Airstream surpassed all expectations, it is an awesome bit of kit. I particularly liked the hydraulic jacks that drop down at the touch of a button and lift the whole thing clear of the ground and self-level it.
Anyway, I have booked my HGV training and will collect it asap - we can have the £1 party on it, as a practice run for its European sporting events tour next year.
Anyway, onto more important things,

The Statement contained proposed notable changes with regards to Supplemental Petroleum Tax ("SPT"), particularly for small producers and mature fields, with a view to encouraging investment and job creation, effective from 1 January 2021. Specifically:



· The threshold for the imposition of SPT will be lifted from $50/bbl to $75/bbl for fiscal years 2021 and 2022;

· This increased threshold will apply to small onshore producers (understood to be where the asset/licence produces less than 2,000 bopd) and is also expected to apply to small mature offshore fields;

· The new SPT regime will be reviewed, for continuation at this threshold level, at the end of the two year period.



SPT is currently applied to crude oil production when realisations average over US$50.01/bbl in any given calendar quarter. This significantly impacts economic returns, particularly when oil price realisations are between US$50.01 and US$60.00, and has therefore been a major constraint on investment.
