The Oxford vaccine was virtually made when they entered into the trials and we already have stage 3 underway..

The Moderna vaccine news yesterday was stage 1 = 45 people tested. Time to enter larger scale trials.

The Oxford vaccine entered stage 3 on Saturday 20th June and has enrolled 5000+ volunteers across Brazil. WAY AHEAD OF THE GAME.
