We have been informed (a couple of months ago?) that TAM PFS is underway & being conducted by a 3rd party. We also know that G Mining have been working on the Alpala FS for several months now.

IMO the TFS location / design is forming part of both of the studies at this time.

I am pretty confident we will see a complete Cascabel DFS issued to the market before year end. Remember Dan is a 'doer'

The potential is significant, the project is scalable even beyond its current parameters, the quality of the jurisdiction (thanks to the incredible work of Lundin Gold) is proven. The capital markets should be embracing all potential players in country and supporting phenomenal economic growth, creating jobs and opportunities for the Ecuadorian people (and by extension- robust returns for investors).

We are looking pretty good here Scot.

Several big ticket updates on the way such as: Explore Co, Tam drill results, Tam PFS, Cascabel FS and maybe a cheeky bid.

What will drive the SP forward is the DFS.

For me ‘the rocks’ out performed ‘next cab of the rank’ by a country mile.

Dan did state he was aiming to raise $30-$40m for ExploreCo.

Hopefully the dilution is no more than 50% at these figures.

Just now had the chance to have a proper read of the RNS - It's a cracker.

A few points which caught the eye for me.........

The Company is advancing early development activities, including securing project funding

development of the Alpala portal and decline system-are expected to be completed over the next 24 months

We're moving faster-and we believe the project's economics will surpass earlier expectations

By sequencing workstreams such as portal development, underground access, and surface infrastructure, the Company anticipates initiating ore processing in Q4 2028.

SolGold and its project manager, G Mining Services, have completed site visits to plan for early works mobilisation in Q3 2025. These include permitted surface infrastructure.

The TSF locations within the mining concession are expected to streamline the permitting process.

Multiple parties have recently visited SolGold's regional exploration assets, reflecting continued strong interest from third parties.

Samples have been shipped for assay, with initial assays showing materially improved grades and widths

If your thesis is correct Pbow, it further shows the complete ineptitude of previous Managment.

It seems like a distant memory when we received an RNS of any substance. Oh, hang on a second - I have just checked & it was only four trading day's ago!!

Various contributors to this BB should consider taking up some form of mediative healing to help chill the fark out.

Hopefully the baseball caps are not only presents we receive from Solgold lol (I have one gathering dust for you C :-)).

'why the H1 update is delayed' - clear as day the Levey.

'why the company sold the Solg Canada shares so cheaply' - again pretty clear we had fark all cash

'whether they were offered to other shareholders' - if offered to BHP / Newmont it would have put us in a more precarious position. We may never receive the answer you are looking for regarding this subject.

'He also won't talk about current NAV and the absurd shareprice or the short' - well as you know we could (and do) discuss and debate this point endlessly.
