I, like many here, are a bit financially mauled by HUR.

Litigious action is what’s needed to sort the malpractice of this company. We need the support, in money , legal firepower, and numbers, to see it through. Anyone here a barrister who feels like cheated like us and will put in some pro bono work?

Like the electric car game, PPS needs to really keep ahead of the technological advances, and not be left behind. Also sometimes there are too many people in white coats and not enough salespersons. Sales and Orders drive a business, and are the bellwether of market's acceptance of the product.
Having financial backing does not mean the product is the best out there.
As my German friend says "You must try harder!".

phoned by a shareholder chum asking what was going on? Corbett said I’ll talk to you on the phone only, but not in an email or writing. The info he supplied was lies and misleading. The shareholder sold out and lost a lot of money. Can’t be proven, but I dare Corbett to challenge this. The shareholder, a family man, feels mislead. Corbett either acted on his own bat or was told not to put anything In writing. The whole business stinks. I phoned him myself and asked who are the Market makers in Hur. He refused to divulge. I subsequently asked who was the Company Secretary. He refused that info as well. I found out the Co Sec was a local solicitor moonlighting as a co sec. The whole lot are a shower! This company needs investigating. The FCA are not interested in small fish like us. A joint proper investigation is required.

1. We don't know under what circumstances he left his last job? Anyone really know?
2. Fat Cat sinecure jobs like HUR CEO are not plentiful, especially in the present climate against fossil fuels and big oil seeking shareholder pleasing energy alternatives.
3. He probably did a deal - which gave him a guaranteed fat pension, and golden' goodbye' as well as 'hello' packages.
4. Because of his experience in fractured basements he could write his own ticket.
5. Does he realise that we, the shareholders, are entitled to be told what's going on? Especially after 7 months in the job....

FatSam - That all seems the correct action to have taken. Lets hope they have.
However, it doesn't detract from the fact that the sheer lack of communication with shareholders has completely taken the BoD's credibility away. I hope they are taken away and some more communicative management replaces the arrogance that snubs us all. If this continues into the AGM time, we all ought to turn up, and take them to task.

Kerogen is backed by mainland PRC money. If PRC wanted an oil asset in the North Sea, HUR could suit them, and they could get it on the cheap. They are already the main bondholders. It would all be part of the PRC's 'Belt & Road' Initiative.... Just a sideways thought.
The present management has to go. .....Out of their depth.
