This (below link) is when the directors slowly discovered Trice was not going to believe he was wrong. Look at the directors that left afterwards. We, the PI shareholders, were kept in the dark. The company should be taken to court to recompense. A cover up!

Trice is/was a very stubborn and blinkered man. He ran roughshod over everyone. Look at those who left the BoD in those days. Also , Kerogen is basically mainland Chinese money, so there is an agenda there.

The real problem started when the false CPR originally came out and the whole BoD failed to declare the truth .
Gagging orders (NDAs) on Stobie , Trice, et al, kept the dirty secret even then. They ALL should be questioned in a full inquiry by the LSE , and FCA etc.
If that can be proven, then I will financially back action.
I have today now sold all my HUR shares, but I will follow and support the demise of the BoD.

Good or bad news. I don’t really care. There is NO EXCUSE FOR NOT COMMUNICATING with shareholders for all this time. I don’t believe ‘secret talks’ could have gone on this long without the mandatory requirement to inform shareholders. Everyone should ring the investor relations manager and complain.
