Basically, I feel I have been the subject of fraud.
In this for 15 years. Lost more than £96K. Over half of my life savings.

I thought a BoD has a duty of responsibility and care to its shareholders? What has gone on is downright criminal.
There has been privileged dirty dealing going on here. I would back a ormal legal inquest into what has happened. Just for the sake of future poor souls who also will get mugged in AIM. We need a qualified legal person - who is also a shareholder - who can stand up at an AGM and force the questions we want answered.
I have not yet told my wife, but I am bloody damn right angry.

Why would Anthony Maris join the company at this time of terminal decline?

Dr. T was a man with a theory that needed to be proven. Along came a financier, young James Hudleston, who put up the seed money to get the idea on the road. The rest is history, as they say.
Dr. T was ALWAYS a geologist, never a businessman. Therein lay a problem.
I particularly blame ALL the rest of his directors who jumped on the easy-money wagon and nodded when asked to, without challenging the numbers or consequences. People should be paid on performance and merit - not colour, gender, or diversity.
I hope this IS the base SP with a new sheet of paper and a new CEO. It better had be.
