Hasiba - I am pretty sure that there previous CEO, Dr, T, is under the control of an NDA and is not allowed to sell any shares out of bitterness or whatever motive. That will have a time constraint. In return he keeps his options, pension etc etc.
I know you have a huge(by my standards) amount of shares, you have accumulated; and averaged down from 15p and below. I hope you do well on them. You certainly have the nuts. I am still long my original stake and wish everybody well. Even the snowflakes.

GM67 - 'takes up the reins of finding out why'...As I mentioned in an earlier post last week, having a paper (OAP savings) loss of £100K on Hur, I am not in a position to risk litigious action against a plc with £100 million + in the bank. I did take legal advice from my brother, a retired Judge. HUR"s BoD is part of AIM's fat-cat culture. I know, as I have been guilty of such conduct.

I am not denying what you say is true. What I am saying - is not all plc BoDs are snowy white. Past and present. So far, over the years, the HUR BoD has been shocking with the truth.
So leave out the sanctimony. FFS

Why do I get the feeling that the next RNS about the company's condition and future is going to be one of those that is made when there is no one around to read it. When I ran a tiny PLC, some 30 years ago, we deliberately had the AGM on New Year's Eve -so no one would attend, and ask 'awkward to answer' questions.... Fund managers, etc, would be at home enjoying their festivities. An idea recommended by our experienced CFO.
I am very skeptical of this BoD - obviously - due to the total lack of information offered to their owners(us). Mushroomed is the correct term to describe this! A touche to me!
Also, we quickly found that an Investor Relations Manager was a totally unnecessary expense.
