Fandg2 - I would be very very happy with the BoD being given shares based on performance. Merit should be rewarded. Question: If there is such an arrangement, should it not be in the public domain? There are plenty of ‘windows’ when they can buy shares, should they are their family, and chums, can buy shares.
My concern is the PoO. If these silver vaccine bullets cause the the COVID mutations to become immune then then world will really economically slow down and demand deplete.

GinMan- I totally concur with your thinking here. If those ‘in the know” are not prepared to back the company and buy shares, it’s a clear signal of no confidence, so why should we?
Best for us (BoD)to sit back, take the fat- cat salary, and take one’s time doing the job one is so well remunerated for! After all, the offshore oil business is diminishing and unpopular, and plum jobs are in short supply. Loadsamoney please...Any free options and bonuses going? How can we lose?

Dickbat - Good question - I was put in this share by the suggestion of one of the founders. It was all ‘going to 300p!’. It is totally my fault for not selling. Selling is a lot harder decision than buying. I’m not complaining about the getting in. I’m complaining about the quality and performance of the BoD being paid in total well in excess of £1 million per year for zero achievement! People should be paid on performance and benefit to the company. I have had no confidence in HUR’s BoD at any time. When has the SP ever gone up after an RNS .?? Most LTHs want out, even with a prison haircut! Stobie’s exit was the big sign! So, I offer no excuse for not selling. Mea culpa!

I have been in this share since 2005. I need my head examined. At no point in time have I ever, ever, been impressed with Hur's BoD. What do they all do? What do they all do? Trice initially impressed us all, until proven incompetent as a CEO. The rest are, all 3rd rate, and have no commercial sense whatsoever. The fact that they have NOT, ever, bought any shares in meaningful quantities says it all. They are here for the fat cat gravy train.On a 90% loss of £100K, I am thinking of having myself sectioned. This share is manipulated. Pure and simple. If some entity buys HUR I hope they fire all the BoD !

I would think all the HUR land based staff( including BoD!) staff are sitting at home, on full pay, watching an Oil Rig Disaster movie on Netflix!
