Below is today's RNS from PPS. The chairman and NED is taking their pay in the form of shares. See below excerpt. This should apply to HUR BoD until they can perform !

"Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, announces that it has today issued 66,667 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in Proton ("Ordinary Shares") at 105 pence per new Ordinary Share to Board Chairman and NED Mr. Helmut Gierse in lieu of fees due to him for the 12 months ended 31 January 2021."

The last CPR was that there was billions of reserves. It was lies. It was an anti climax. Still the PS went down. Who's going to believe it this time?
The BoD's credibility is shot.

The whole BoD needs replacing - with some credible big hitters with a reputation to uphold. Not this bunch of wannabes scoffing at the trough.

Robins - There is no limit to the underhand skullduggery and nasty tricks MMS will get up to in order to take your money. All as long as it’s legal. They know every trick in the book and have been doing it for literally hundreds of years! They make an awful lot of money for their backer companies and thus themselves.

You are conveniently omitting the fact that oil is not the flavour of the month with 9o% of investors. That figure is going to get worse with the climate fossil fuels lobby. Renewables and other sustainable planet friendly energies will slowly dominate. At the moment oil is king. Although I would like to see it, I don’t see PoO going anywhere uphill fast. The world is changing at a huge ever increasing rate. Who knows, Elon Musk may bring Kryptonite back from Mars...? This company has to be judged by income minus expenses, Mr Macawber!
