"Jadestone's 100% owned and operated Stag oilfield produces crude oil via a fixed leg, central processing facility platform, which, since the field's original development, has been offloaded to a floating storage and offloading vessel ("FSO"), the Dampier Spirit, which is moored to a catenary anchor leg mooring buoy. In May 2020, the owner of the Dampier Spirit advised the Company of its intention to retire the Dampier Spirit later in 2020, and, as required under the terms of their agreement with Jadestone, they have been unable to provide a suitable replacement vessel.

As a consequence, the Company has developed a new operating strategy, utilising offtake tankers to directly offload Stag crude oil, in place of the existing long term leased FSO. To implement this strategy Jadestone has awarded a contract to a respected international tanker provider who will supply modern double hulled tankers, operated to the highest safety and environmental standards. This new operating model has significant environmental risk mitigants over the existing model, by eliminating the need for ship to ship oil transfers in field. These arrangements are expected to realise annual savings of approximately 20% over the current FSO operation.

The first offtake tanker is scheduled to arrive in the field coincident with the Dampier Spirit departure in mid September 2020. Ultimately multiple offtake tankers will rotate through the field on a schedule that optimises production continuity."

I hear that HUR BoD is not al all concerned with the immediate near term share price. They are much more interested in next year's plans. They intend drill then .
Such forward thinking and planning does not suggest an imminent collapse of HUR. They are in good sustainable financial health.
I'm sure all will be revealed in the next RNS around Sept 11th.

Yes, I understand the structure of the company. I was surprised it was allowed to float here in the UK in that form. I suppose, being already quoted in Germany, it was permitted with a few caveats to eventually reduce the majority to a more acceptable UK level, like below 75%. He is slowly working that way.. With his money behind it, it won’t go bust, and it’s there for the big ‘ H’ picture in Europe. I will continue to trade it from the long side. It can move very quickly, especially as many funds want an ‘H’ exposure in their portfolios. There are very few shares in play here.

Draft - Several of us HAVE contacted HUR. We get fobbed off to Phil Corbett, IR flunky. He won't say anything. I don't really know what he does for his pay? Everybody ought to ring every HUR telephone number and email and keep doing so, full pressure, until we get a clear, honest, and transparent picture of what is happening with the company we all own.
This is the worst company for communication I have ever invested in during the last 55 years!

No one knows and the BoD refuse to tell... I am hearing it is not, due to FPSO problems. Impossible to verify.

Draft - why do’t you ring Phil Corbett of Investor Relations at HUR and ask him if production has restarted and what is the approximate flow rate per day? You are entitled to know this simple question! After all, you are a co-owner of this company. He will know. Demand to know? Ask why no RNS.? I bet you don’t get straight answers. When I was chairman and Man Dir of a small plc years ago , we , the BoD, hated interfering nuisance PIs!
