jgj- You are obviously trying hard to trash the company. It does not bother me when people try to influence others to "get in cheaper" because that means I can too.
But when you assume that the company has not added any assets in the last three months, then that is clutching at straws.
I maintain the fund will show assets around $35-41million, based on adding around $5-7million a month. The take up will accelerate over time as when the last figures were released, there must have been companies doing due diligence which should have completed by now.
As for the AGI, I am hoping that the company announces that there is interest and I would imagine that some are in various stages of due diligence.
Going off the last trading update dates, we should have ab update this week.

If the company elected to turn down an offer of a placing, they must be confident of meaningful revenues soon.

Hope to see AUM around £35-41 million declared in the upcoming trading update. We may get an update on where we are up to with the uptake of the AGI, I would guess some parties may be interested and will be part way through due diligence.
It will be the late spring/early summer before anyone signs up.
