I don`t think it will be Tuesday or this week for that matter. Don`t take your eyes off the ball because there is more to come as stated in the trading update.

With a solid strategy in place, the Company is confident of strong growth prospects going into Q2 and continuing throughout the remainder of 2021.

The key focus areas over the coming months are :

· Completion of the RCF

· Increasing AUM across the group

· Implementation of our new digital marketing strategy

· Executing on our build and buy strategy

More information will be shared by the Company in due course.

I certainly think executing on the build and buy strategy is up there. They are looking at other acquisitions and providing the audit of Providence/Northstar is ok, the money is there to add another bolt on company which may be worth more than the RCF

Don t forget CF, you have called this wrong for several years, just like you did on GCM. But of course, you will not reply to me will you?
Also remember that Scott Fletcher has more money than you and I and can afford to lose it.
The project is not at the business end, that is why Synergy were brought in, more "jobs for the boys" payments. We are no further forward at all.

Not related to the subject we are talking about but I remember someone on LSE many years ago posting up a snapshot of his buy in a share for over £60k. It was around 10 am.
At midday, a RNS appeared saying the shares were suspended for investigation into financial irregularities and the company never resurfaced.

2/. The BOAGF getting to $100 million.
3/. The first $50 million investment in the G&I fund.
would, IMO, be worth 5p.

Do you mean 5p for each of the above milestones?
I think we will get to around 6-8p on closing out the RCF.
I would also add any further value adding acquisitions which the company says they are looking at via Northstar.

News due will turn some heads.

Especially if the counterparty is named.

Good post Giles, it really sums up the last few months.
The company is now getting a little bit of traction behind it as we move from strength to strength and get more revenue generating business under our belts.
If/When we get the policies approved I hope to see the share price get towards 6p.

Just taking a rest from the gardening. I watched the interview again and do agree that GS takes time to get into his stride.
Taking away quite a few snippets and breaking them down, we now have Michael Molloy on board who has contact with Family Offices in the USA and he will continue to concentrate on doing the donkey work driving around doing the sales pitches for the BOAGF. It leaves GS to concentrate on other work such as finalising the sign off of the upcoming policies and mainly get Northstar business and contacts on board. Once the audit of the accounts is complete, it looks like we may have another acquisition due. A few options were mentioned, so it could be an interesting summer/autumn.
But the main thing is if we have taken on another mouth to feed, the company must be confident of paying for him.
Looking a bit better here and hopefully we will get the news we are waiting for in the next three weeks as stated.

There seemed to be a few new USA based investors on twitter last week. Hopefully, they will all want to take a good slice of the shares here.

The share price normally falls after one of his interviews. He may have momentum on his side this time.

It was being pumped and ramped to high heaven with the twitter group back then. GS was glad to see the back of them if I recall in a conversation with him.

I agree with what you say, GS did once say in an interview when talking about the loan provider-"all I will say is stand back"
Obviously the direction has now changed over the last two years and we seem to have used a scatter gun effect to get some sort of business but I would like to see more of the single managed accounts taken up rather than the business provided by takeovers and mergers.

Hope everyone is well. We are now in Q2 and I am looking forward to the update on our warehouse facility provider and what investments they are investing in later this month. At the start of May, we will be due a quarterly update anyway and I am hoping for at least one signed up member in a SMA account during these next three months.
