I suspect the delay with the Counterparty is maybe the signing off of the accounts as none were needed before. (in Bermuda)
I too am not happy with one or two things but the increase in the share price and the announcements of large holders is enough for me, not the opinion of someone on a bulletin board who cannot get facts right.

You seem to forget CF that all G7 nations pledged not to fund new build Coal Fire Power plants from the end of next year.
I think the funding is going to be a problem going forward.
This has become a hot potato and before you say Scott has invested here and knows what he is doing, forget it, the situation has changed and overtaken Scott.
The World Bank has agreed in principle to fund the interconnector but has not parted with any money yet.

Raaydaar, I would take twitter with a pinch of salt. Its all guesswork and speculation.
The twitter group did not do this company any favours three years ago.
Going off some of the buys, a TR1 may be incoming but that is again nothing but speculation.

I hope you are all well. Obviously, we are all expecting an update. I would imagine that all is progressing well as the counterparty seemed to be keen to do business a few weeks ago and must have gone through the proposed policies by now.
GS may have anticipated a closure by the end of April and that`s why he mentioned it, but as usual, it has backfired somewhat.
Good sized trades going through today so the appetite for the company is still there.

So why waste your time here pumping a share for a few hundred quid?

Raaydaar, can you tell me what timescales Zak Mir had for his 14p target? I saw one of his podcast recently which had June down as his target.
As for the investment with the provider, I think this will happen, these things take time going backwards and forwards. We need to remember that the investment is "up to" £100 million. Not every policy will be for £1 million and not all will be taken up.
We did have a Bank Holiday last week and this may have slowed things down a bit. I will be very surprised if this does not go ahead.
I am still wanting to see where we are up to with the SMA`s as these have gone quiet recently.
