I intend to see what the next update brings and if it is no good, I am out.

Two to three weeks away then yet, that`s not very soon.
Don`t hold your breath, we have had no info for the last three months so I would expect more of the same.

Its taken over three years and has not got started yet.

GS found it more easier to add a ready made asset onto his own company as there was no sign of signing up any of his own business.
That remains the case, he has had over three years to deliver something and all he had done is added small amounts to the BOAGF fund.
This next update is make or break, I will not be adding again until we have some clarity.

End of Q3 trading this week, so we should be having a nondescript update coming in about a month. Nothing to get excited about with this lot.

The update will say that they have added £4-5 million to the BOAGF and further updates will be made when appropriate or in due course.
We are very excited about the opportunities in Q4 but are still in discussions with Bodgett and Scarper.
In other words, don`t hold your breath.
The person who sold the 3m shares the other day is not confident of news in the near term.

They have had 6 months and still no sign offs.

I would expect further deals will not be announced until all is made clear-this could be next year at this rate.

I agree Mozax, another two weeks until the end of the trading quarter.
Lets hope that GS produces the prospectus before the update or we will be down as fast as we went up.
There is still no update on that prospectus which has dragged on for some time now.
There seems to be some build up of business, its whether we can transfer them inquiries into sales.

Well lloydie69, what with your rumours coupled with Raaydaars gut feelings we will have the quarterly update before any other news.
After the rush of blood last week, we are on the slippery slope again as the traders cash in.

Usual shenanigans.
Lets hope that GS gets the prospectus news out before the next quarterly update due in early October, otherwise he will lose more credibility.
I would think we will add the usual £5 million of so to the BOAGF pot and be in discussions with several entities concerning our products.
At this moment I am not hopeful of much happening unless we have bagged another bolt on company.

That was Raaydaars` gut feeling, GS runs a tight ship, nothing normally leaks.

Raaydaar, good post but again, a little on the optimistic side.
Firstly, this "glitch is nothing" has gone on for a few months now and involves lawyers and accountants, so cannot be described as so. it could all unravel.
Secondly, the prestigious fund manage is still working through a structure and the company is helping to ensure a successful outcome, again, they have not committed anything yet.
As for being undervalued, we have not signed any future business with these other large names, we are working with them, so I think we are fairly priced where we are. But, there is still a seller and we don`t look like securing any further business until the prospectus uncertainty is cleared up. That may be closer to Christmas at the speed these entities work.
And don` t forget Covid as GS would say...
