@crossed... yes that's a possibility too. I expect there are a number of factors which will dictate the date of re-listing. At the moment there are still more questions than answers but no doubt we will get most of the answers in the course of time.

Cando66. For what it is worth I do believe at some point it will come good here (whether I sold or not!). I just hope that the BoD can improve the comms... even just a little bit to give the LTHs something and to improve the general sentiment towards the stock.

I was hoping for listing by end of March at the latest by now I'm not sure that is going to happen. May have to consider the end of April as a target for listing. In the meantime I am sure that AAA will give all of us further comms on progress.

My gut feeling is that there's a lot going on behind the scenes. It will be interesting to see if the company will make another bid for Audiobook. We'll have to wait and see.

Give Oberon Investment a call. I'll only be calling them to buy a few more. If you're of the mind to sell you'll get a much better price when AAA relist. I think there will be a great demand for the stock.

...you were taking the p155 Lloyd. I understand your point of view and why you say it. I might not agree with everything you say but I believe all opinions have value, of course some have more than others depending on your point of view. For my part I'll be perfectly honest my expectation was that at a company such as GDR, with the kit it has developed should have the kit flying off the shelves and all evidence so far... It's not as if we are not in the middle of a 'pandemic'. Well if contracts had been signed and sealed then we would have heard by now. Maybe we'll get a nice RNS on Monday who knows but news will have to come soon for sentiment to return enough to increase the volume and sp.

With regards to the 'pandemic' and the stage we are at... again it depends on your view of the crisis. My views are not conducive to the line of SAGE or the WHO but despite my views I invested in GDR (and Nanosynth) almost with an attitude of 'if you cannot beat them, join them' so I did and initially the investments did well. My sell target were too high and never reached and instead of bailing out when I could still have made a profit I hung on in the hope of good news. I'm still waiting.

This post is not intended to persuade anybody to buy or sell but what i will say is do your own reasearch, and dd. In my opinion it's a reasonable price to buy into right now and even if the Covid kit fall by the wayside in the UK then there is still the European market and others no doubt. also the revolutionary AIHL diagnostic kit. that has to be worth something but it might mean a wait for it.

... Hmm, the only 'P' words that make any sense with this stock are 'prosperous & profit'. Right now it wouldn't make any sense to have a placing, however, I have no doubt in my mind that if one were to occur it would be done for the long term benefit of the company.

I intend to buy another block of shares when I free up some cash as I can only see this going one way in the medium to long term. Talk of possible hostile takeovers is a concern and we certainly need to be bought for a fair price if we are. It would be criminal to have this company bought out for a lfew hundred million quid.

So, we play the waiting game and I look forward to the Grouse moving on so we can get drilling.

... of 47p roger65. If we get some news, good news then I think we should at least get close to that level again. We'll see. I sold two thirds of my original holding in this stock to fund a more long term stock with a possible huge upside (I knew a woman like that once) again though it is yet to happen.

I just hope that the BoD and the IR team read some of the comments and react accordingly. Surely there has to be some news... some progress.

@starrens... I look forward to your prediction! It or something cannot be that far away. It would be good to see the sp get a little bit closer to my average of 47p... and to think at the time i thought I'd got a great price! Anyway we'll just have to wait a little longer. What I do know is this... the minute I sell up the next minute will bring the good news we are all (well some of us) waiting for. Should I sell up I'll let you all know just so that you can load up.

@jiddy... you are right about not falling in love with a share. I suppose we select a stock after all our research and convince ourselves that we are right and 'what could possibly go wrong?'. I too got burnt with 88E but to be fair to 88E it was my greed that got the better of me and instead of coming out with a large five figure profit it became a five figure loss. 5h1t happens. However, I believe that COPL with all that it has is a different beast entirely to 88E. I actually cannot believe how cheap the stock is right now... that concerns me because it makes me think that I've missed something important with regard to my D&D.

I am patiently awaiting the CPL and hope that it confirms what we all think we know!

@Tiburn for you excellent an informative post at 1131. This BB is lucky to have such knowledge freely available. I learn more about the gas and oil industry every day here.

@Sharebel.... Thank you. I would like to point out that I also have many Ukrainian and Baltic friends and we have a variety of opinions and thoughts that don't always align! After a few drinks though we are still friends. It is important to understand what is going on because it directly affects global financial market sentiment and confidence and so affects our stocks too.

I hope that wise heads prevail because ultimately war is a very dirty, disgusting business with no winners for people like us.

@Sharebel ... just reading some of the comments here i see somebody commented on you making comments on another (mining) stock. So, I took the liberty of having a look at your post. You made some valid points and you are entitled to your opinion as we all are. I would, however, like to make the statement that Joe Biden is clearly a man who is unwell and quite obviously in the stages of dementia/Alzheimers. I do not believe that Biden has any understanding of the geopolitical situation in Eastern Europe, the complexities, historical background, nothing that is needed to resolve this crisis. I doubt that Biden knows what State he currently resides in let alone know where the Donbass or Luhansk are on the map. I speak as somebody with family members in the Crimea and close to the Ukraine border in Russia. What I will say is keep a very open mind to this matter in E. Europe and take what you hear and read in the Western media with a pinch of salt (just like my Russian family do with the Russian media... with the odd exception).

Sorry for digressing away from GDR. I still wait patiently for some positive news and an increase in sentiment to boost the profile of the company and what they offer.
