... I cannot think of a better stock to be invested in. I have rightly or wrongly gone all in here with an average of 47p and I am now just waiting, like we all are for news of contracts etc. I think it will come sooner than people think - time really is of the escence with a product like this. When it does inevitably arrive and presuming good news then GDR will rise exponentially and multiple £££ are possible. Nothing is guaranteed of course BUT all the 'gut feeling' I have right now tells me this stock is only going one way.

Personally I will be taking some profit along the way but I probably wouldn't consider doing it before GDR hits 160p/180p. We'll see what happens. One thing is certain - the run up to the Christmas period is going to be very exciting for GDR and investors alike.

For any of you who work for large company's or on big sites like I do - go and see you Occupational Health/HR/Continuous Improvement Departments AND tell them about Genedrive and the superb testing kit. Currently my site tests us daily using PCR tests and we receive the results the next day. Genedrive's equipment would certainly benefit my company who have already spent tens of millions across the whole company already.

Anyway, Good Luck and always remember it's never wrong to bank a profit if you want to.

@trickymatters... you are correct. This Genedrive testing equipment should be at every factory, office, police stations infact any premises or venue that requires a testing process and a relatively quick one at that. If... IF this is put to market quickly with the right team it will be an incredible product to be invested in.

Get it out there and get the country back to work and enjoying life again... even if you have to be tested more regularly to achieve it.

... I went 'all in' here about an hour ago. Not quite all in but not far off. I have everything crossed here and i hope for all investors we see a decent rise in sp over the next few weeks. If they can get some success on the sales side (and I don't see why not) then this could quite easily be 120p/140p in short time. I'm being very conservative there.

Right now the whole world needs this kit that Genedrive produce. Get it out there now!

... but today I am not so sure! Don't worry i haven't lost the faith, it's just one of those days with very low volume and Bitcoin doing a limbo dance down to a lower level. I am, however, certain that it will go up again and even reach $75k/$80k by Q2/Q3.

In the meantime we have Boris 'Letavaparty' Johnson and his Plan B to look forward to... and before anyone says Starmer would be better jog on. Labour currently make the tories look good and that's saying something! Anyway enough of politics, lies and deceptions!

@Poptimist... I understand and recognise what you are saying. I suppose that everybody has their own take on inveting, trading etc. and not everybody will agree with our opinions, thoughts or feelings. Argo is a particularly frustrating stock right now and no sooner do we appear to make some headway we then retreat further back than before. I still think it is very early days with this stock and I don't think we'll see any real breakout from say beyond 170p until the start of Q3... and we've got to get to 170p first!

Difficult as it is I would certainly not lose any sleep over it just yet.

There is light at the end of the tunnel... it's just a rather long tunnel!

@Pop... I empathise but we are where we are and whilst it does not seem 'fair' it is reality. And let's face it, probably by my age and yours I'm pretty sure we both know that life at times is very unfair. Whilst we lose some potential profits or even lose a bit of fiat some people are losing their lives, their families, homes... I can go on. Yes, life is very unfair at times.

Get into cash and for total peace of mind stick it in some dreadful 'high interest' savings account (how on earth they have the audacity to describe these accounts as 'high interest' beggars belief)... watch we glee and wonder as your £100k grows by ten squid in a year... ...ARBK is holding up well compared to other major players. I don't know the reason for the drops; traders wanting cash for the festive period. I know the Asian markets tends to sell up at this time of year (crazy I know but if you need the cash...) or whether it is a concerted establishment attack on Crypto miners... who knows? It is probably nothing to worry about.

I would like to see some upside next week, I live in hope.

anyway, enjoy the week-end, forget about any paper losses and at the end of the day there are much more important things in life than money!

... the potential QBT has right now. Incredible potential in an incredible market sector. This is the future that QBT are exploring and now that they are working with one of the leading 'chip' production companies this is a huge game-changer. This and the claim that they can modify (probably the wrong terminology) 5nm asics to run twice as fast as the best ASIC Chip processor on the market - this IS a fantastic development for QBT. Then there is all the other potential R & D going on with AI, IoT and other stuff with abreviations! There are more informed people on this bb than I here so i won't blather on any more but there are others here who if you read their posts, they are very informative and reassuring so please do have a read of these people's posts.

What I would say is that at 3p a go this 'potential' is dirt cheap right now. I believe that over the next 12 months the news from the company will get better and better. I don't have any guarantees or direct evidence for this but with what I am informed through RNSs I like what this company is doing and where they might be going.

In my opinion QBT could be the best investment opportunity of 2022. As always DYOR & DD

...in reverse! Oh well, I should have known better than to invest on a high but I really did think that it would continue upwards for a day or two AND then fall back. All that 'glitter coated Covid-19 stock is not gold' it seems. Still, my investment was small but still down over a grand and a half in 24 hours (-26%). Small beer to my main investments but that's how it rolls.

Hoping for some recovery over the next few days and some good news to take the stock upto 50p+ (probably dreaming again!)

It's only money and you certainly cannot take it with you.

I saw all the hullabaloo yesterday, did a very quick bit of research and took a chance. A very modest investment but it is a start. Whilst it would have been nice to get a little bit of yesterdays action today, however, I am not too disappointed considering the difficult few days on the major markets. I'll give it a go and see where this stock takes me. Hopefully some more positive news within a couple of weeks. I think the stock deserves a chance at least till the next news drop.

@musicman_999 I guess you are on the night shift too!? Yes we're in strange times right now and I'm not just talking about the economy. My views on the whole event we are currently and have been experiencing since March 2020 do not align with the mainstream narrative and I'll leave it at that as this is a bb for QBT chat!

We've seen this sort of economic 'hit' before... just try and treat it as a buying opportunity or wait a while for possible further drops. The Fed and global Central Banks will provide support to restablise the markets simply because it is in their best interests to do so. It's the same with interest rates... by all right they should go up BUT the aforementioned bodies cannot really do that as it will cause another collapse. They are in a right old pickle!

... considering the falls in global markets against the backdrop of the new 'Sorrybutwegonnahavetolockdownagain' variant of Covid-19. I follow 50 stocks in my UK portfolio and today has been as grim as any in a while. QBT holding up like it did proves that it is resilient and has a loyal group of shareholders who really do not want to let go of their stock. Good on them! Out of those 50 stocks in my UK holding... 38 are down...10 holding steady (QBT being one of them). 2 stocks are up... Asimilar and most notably Synairgen!

Not to crossramp here BUT Synairgen have a product in development currently going through trials (Phase 3 I believe) and yet it is still going through those 'trial' periods... which is only right. It is a great pity that the drugs supplied by Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca to our children is not subject to such vigorous testing. I guess if Antony Fauci were the CEO of Synairgen then this testing period would not be neccessary. Anyway that's a very different topic probably for another forum.
