Is there is a COPL Telegram group or group solely for the shareholders taking part in the litigation? I would be happy to present evidence of my shareholding and connection to my 'investment' in COPL to ensure that I was a bona fide COPL investor.

I think it is extremely important not to use this platform to discuss the CAG litigation but it would be good to have a vehicle that could be used for communication with others affected by this matter.

If there is no such communication platform then possibly somebody who is familiar with such encrypted communication vehicles would be prepared to set one up. And before anybody asks, " Why don't you do it" you'd only have to see me with a computer to know that I am useless at such activities.

Flipflop78... you're welcome. AAA now hold 39% of Sentiance so heading in the right direction in that regard. I'm still at a loss to knowing the state of the Court action. I'd like to think there will be some sort of conclusion within the next 12 months. I'd recommend checking in every 3 months to be on the safe side... or maybe 6 months!

We can only hope that the AGM will give us something. Personally I'd like to see AAA relisted and then a RTO enabling Sentiance to list somewhere suitable like the NASDAQ.

As for the Court action I've lost track of who is suing who and even at what stage we're at.

@Watcher36 Apologies for going off topic but having read many of your posts both on this board and others, I am in full agreement with your opinions on the current state of geopolitics and UK politics. It's an utter 5h1t show and very bad for the future of this country and globally. It is good to know that there are a few people awake to the reality of where we all are right now. It is too easy for people to just bury their heads in the sand and hope that it will all go away. It won't!

Some people aren't going to like what I'm about to write but that cannot be helped. I just say it as it is. I've recently returned from visiting family in Russia. I've also spoke with neighbours and friends too whilst there. I can tell you right now that they're severely hacked off with the West and Putin. The West because of the direct interference, the outright hostility and the hypocrisy. As for Western entities owning Russian assets... well to put it bluntly they want them back in the hands of Russia and Russians. As one old military veteran told me, "Better in the claw of a Russian bandit than an Aglo-Saxon thief!" They are seriously ****ed off right now. When I spoke about POG and explained as best I could about the current situation some were sympathetic but many weren't. I mentioned that Putin wasn't in favour with a lot of the people I spoke with and this was a surprise to me. Putin is seen as too sympathetic to the West and not hard-line enough... both with Ukraine or the West. For those here or in the Western leadership's who want rid of Putin - Be very careful what you wish for.

There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that Russia is going to succeed in what they want to achieve in Ukraine. Demilitarisation and De-Nazification both of which have been actively encouraged and supported by the West. They achieved their goal of creating a conflict between Ukraine and Russia, however, the aim of regime change in the Kremlin has failed and failed badly. Along side this are the financial sanctions package which have also backfired severely. From visiting recently I can assure you the Russians are suffering no inconvenience whatsoever. So, they can't get a Big Mac anymore... they must be gutted.

The West have stitched themselves up either through incompetence (which quite frankly looking at the leadership wouldn't surprise me in the least) OR it has been done quite deliberately to cause harm to the Western economies.

When the truth gets told about all of this... well nothing will surprise me. As for us poor POG shareholders who knows what will happen. The MPs need to be asked if POG can be treated the same as other UK and US companies with Bush, Blair and Obama's illegal wars. I don't think you'll get that question answered satisfactorily... if at all.

Before anybody say's that the Ukrainians are the innocent party in all of this let me assure you that picking the parts of your 18 year old daughter off the street in Donetsk like my wife's family experience first hand in 2015, murdered by a Ukrainian artillery shell I can assure you they're far from the innocent party... ALL are suffering now encouraged by the likes of Johnson and Truss (God help us if that creature Truss becomes PM).

Hang on a mo... I have family in this region going back generations. They are Russian and always have been Russian. Distant relatives in Odessa too. So if anybody needs to foxtrot oscar it is NATO and in particular the fascists that have infested the Ukrainian military since the 1930s and 40s. While you're at it take Victoria Nuland and her little gang too.

As for Putin being a "complete and utter nutcase that needs stopping" that may be your opinion which you are fully entitled to express, however, what in God's name does that make Joe Biden, Barack Obama, George Bush Jnr., Bill AND Hillary Clinton and the likes of Dick Cheny, Donald Rumsfeld, John McCain. Not forgeting the heinous creature that was Madeleine Albright who infamously thought that the deaths of 500,000 Iraqi children was a price worth paying (I hope she burns for eternity). Then we have Tony Blair who if there was any justice in the world would be behind bars for the carnage that he caused... among them the deaths of a great many British servicemen and women. I'm not even going to mention the names of the current UK incumbents as they are literally beyond a joke.

@heresHopin I am well aware of AAAs previous attempt at aquiring Audioboom. Even though I am holding AAA I didn't think it was a particularly generous or enticing offer for Audioboom and I am not surprised it was rejected. I just believe that right now their is a lot going on behind the scenes with AAA, Sentiance and AAQUA AND I believe that Audioboom is somehow linked. It could be my imagination and hope or optimism of course but I think it is a reasonable assumption to make at this time.

What do you think is going on right now? it would be interesting to get some other opinions on this.

... to see AAA and HNW PIs associated with AAA come in with an offer for Audioboom. I'm not an expert in these matters but I can see Audioboom slotting in nicely to the stable of AAA companies. Personally I believe AAA will evolve from being a Venture Capital stock into a leading Tech stock in its own right. Audioboom would imho slot into this nicely. I see AAA eventually becoming a company with a m/cap in the Billions. It might take a little while but it will happen eventually.

I think that Audioboom is a very good, well run and led business and that whatever happens it will in the longterm do very well... that is my hope for all invested and interested in Audioboom.

@BDfox Very fair comments regarding the possibility of AAA making a bid for Audioboom. I certainly would not be surprised at anything and see the links AAA already has to Audioboom. I have to agree that whilst AAA are unlisted that this makes it less certain that any offer AAA would be accepted by either the Audioboom shareholders or reccomended by the Audioboom BoD. That said, something is going on right now both with audioboom and AAA. Whether this 'something' links Audioboom and AAA remains to be seen. What I do know is that there are some fairly serious players involved with AAA including the likes of HSBC.

I do not see AAA relisting on the London Stock Exchange. I envisage the NASDAQ or even the Singapore/Hong Kong markets but all this remains to be seen. I cannot comment on the implications for Audioboom investors in tax efficient wrappers SIPPs/ISAs etc so this may also be a major factor for PIs to consider should any off come forward from AAA who may be listed on an international exchange.

@Bandstand Thank you for your reply. Yes, shares still held and just waiting for a relisting on a suitable market. Considering they closed at 53.5p at the end of April 2021, raised money at 80p and have several high profile investors etc. I am hoping for a little more than 100p. My estimation is somewhere nearer 135p - 145p range. But who knows? We are currently in very volatile times and so the risk is somewhat increased.

For what it is worth I think that if AAA and all the inter-related companies were to acquire Audioboom then it would fit very well into the evolving company. Turning AAA from a small VCT entity to a fast evolving high tech innovative AI/Social Media player. As always DYOR & DD.

@phil01 Just out of interest could you elaborate on your lack of faith in AAA and AAQUA. This is not meant as a criticism but I'm just interested in the 'meat on the bones' with regard to your concerns.

I am fairly heavily invested in AAA and obviously want the best for the company and its shareholders. Of course the longer the company is unlisted the more the impatience (and doubt) creeps in.

Whatever happens I hope all interested parties benefit.

@email. Thank you for the reply. in answer to your questions the answer is rather complex but I'll try to simplify it for you.
My direct Russian connection is tenuous. Mother's family connected with Polish who emigrated to Russia/Ukraine in 1700s/1800s. Ironically, many of them eventually ended up in the UK with surnames that are worth many points on a Scrabble board! They were predominantly 'working class people.

On my wife's side they are scattered all over Russia but with a few in the Donbass region (mainly Donetsk) and lots in Crimea. They are all what you would call russian. The are Russian speakers and on the whole support the idea that where they live is a part of greater Russia (however annoying and upsetting this is to some people). My father-in-law is from Lvov... or Lviv as it is called now. The majority of my wife's family are highly educated in work sectors that in the West would be classed as highly skilled... Doctors, Engineers and the like. My wife for example has four degrees and speaks five languages. Her grandfather in Azerbaijan spoke no less than nineteen languages/dialects. I tell you this to give you an idea of the level of education. The people I speak to all have a good grasp of the English language which is good as my Russian is basic at best. They range in age from teenagers to octogenarians! Actually one old lady is in her nineties but still has all her marbles as they say. The older generations have a traditional outlook and often talk about how life was better in Soviet times but of course acknowledge some of the harsher realities of that time. So, one side of the family suffered very badly under the Communists whilst another side of the family did rather well and gained many benefits.

There is currently a great deal of concern over there at the moment, particularly with the thought of further escalation involving the West. Even though much of western media is blocked to them they still manage to get a lot of it... and to be honest they do not like what is coming out of the western media. Attitudes that were once sympathetic to the ideas of the West have now hardened towards a more nationalistic 'backs against the wall' stance. The family in Ukraine and Crimea are much more supportive of the current military operation and if anything are a little disappointed that the russians and allied forces have not gone in much harder than they have. They want it finished sooner rather than later even if it means a greater military response from the Russians.

This is really a tragedy for Ukraine AND Russia and it would have been so easy to avoid with a little common sense applied. It almost appears to have been allowed to happen deliberately and for some purpose. However it is the innocent who always suffer and i include the soldiers on the ground on both sides of the conflict. In someways it is a civil war between brothers, no different to the English Civil War or the American Civil War. Apologies to all for off top

... with family and friends in Russia the general concensus appears to be that the West has made it's feelings loud and clear and therefore the Russians must also turn away. They want all their natural assets back. The game is up I'm afraid... whoever planned all the sanctions, both economic and social against Russia has well and truly killed the goose. In our case the golden egg laying goose. The remaining 'geese' will be laying their wares elsewhere... but it won't be in London or New York... or any other enemy nation. Make no mistake about the feeling in Russia right now. We... especially the UK are now seen as the enemy and unfortunately there will be a significant pric to pay. We just haven't seen it yet.

It's possible public sentiment could change governmental attitudes in both camps but...

... around Mariupol. Speak to a few of the locals there. The longstanding population that is, not the Nazi ideologists of the Azov Regt./Bns or the members of Right Sector. Speak to the real population. See the response to Zenensky's name being mentioned... even Poroshenko's name. They're hated. Hated with a vengeance. I know this because every week I speak with relatives whole live right on the doorstep of Mariupol.

Do some proper research into the current situation and how it has come about. The results might surprise you.

I wouldn't read too much into the 20p figure. The grey market is operated on a matching operation so if you want some cheap AAA stock set up an account with Optiva Securities and 'go fishing'! I think the volumes available are relatively low but you might be able to get yourself a bargain.

I think that AAA will eventually list for at least $2 a share. Just my opinion so please do your own research and due diligence. Good Luck.

Look, I realise that you support the plucky Ukrainians but even you must realise that they have been set up by NATO, the European Union ( a misnomer if ever there was one... Union, really?) and even more so by the Deep State Vicky Nuland and (very) sleepy Joe Biden. This is quite clearly a proxy war betwwen the Russians and the US Deep State. It could very easily have been avoided but certain parties chose to pour petrol on the fire.

I was in the army in 1984... at a time when the BAOR could muster a whole army Corps with 3 Armoured Divisions... some reading this will know but for those of you that don't that equates to 900 odd tanks. Yes, nine hundred! Want to know what we currently have... well it ain't 900 that's definite! the old Chieftain might not be up to the standard of todays technology but it had a decent gun and good armour... only let down by poor mechanical reliability. Any REME here will tell you how good the engine was! anyway, I'm digressing. On the North Plain where most of our kit was... we were expected to hold Ivan up for about 3 to 4 days at best. after that it was NBC time when things would get... interesting let's say. The point I'm making is that if Russia goes all out in any conflict it will get hot very quickly. Do not be deceived or fooled by what you are being told by Western media about the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the combat capability of it's military. What is happening there is a fraction of what they could employ should they want to. It's the same with the Americans. Sadly we have to disregard the remaining NATO countries including the UK. in any major conflict today... in Germany, what is left of our once significant Armoured Divisions would now in all likelihood be completely destroyed in 96 hours. We were farked in the 1980s with all that we had... now. DEAD. Don't misconstrue what I write as I do it from a BAOR standpoint and not from the whole of NATO with all it's resources. Even though we were all told that Ivan had 5h1te kit and was pi55ed-up most of the time we still knew the 'real truth' of what we faced. Remember back then it was only 4o years previous that 'they' had done all the donkey work knocking out hardened Wermacht all the way to Berlin and more besides. i'd done enough logistics simulations to know that if it kicked off that it would have gone hot within a week and that we planned to launch them before Ivan.

So, if I were you I'd review your, "Nato should of gone in and give the Russians a fecking good hiding !" statement, do a bit more research and see how much of a 'hiding' we could give them.

In reply to MarbleMadness and message at 1114 all I can say is that after speaking with family living in Russia (also in Crimea and Ukraine too) is that public mood has shifted massively towards support for Putin and the action in Ukraine. There are even suggestions that Putin is not going in hard enough and also that sanctions against the west are also currently not strong enough. There is a great deal of anger against what the West has done to Russia. The Russians... i.e. the general population expected the financial sanctions BUT what they did not expect was the mass anti-Russian hysteria and outright hate shown towards Russia, Russian people and anything to do with Russia. I can tell you know this has not gone down well at all with the Russian public. The general attitude appears to be that the West have been taken over by something malign and so the Russians will not be going back to it any time soon. This potentially could go on for years and even many decades hence.

The West who are pushing this agenda want change in government in Russia. That is obvious now. They want their own man/woman/it in the Kremlin so they can move on to plundering the Russiannatural resources. By achieving this they will also have China in a more vice like grip.

Certain parts of the world has in my opinion gone mad. The media has most definitely gone mad (they also appear to have extremely short memories). Never mind regime change in Russia... we need it in the West because we have lost the plot completely.

As for POG... I hope it comes good for all investors but at the end of the day it is a speculation and it comes with associated risk.
