Thanks I wondered where you got your info, I searched the accounts for 200,000, 000 shares, but nothing came up.
Although there is a list of all the shares issued so far..

Guy from the BBC is probably talking out of his backside.. I guess Russia will take control of essential infrastructure or destroy it... No electricity, just about everything stops..even your car because the fuel station pumps are electric..

Here, issuing some form of work from order would reduce oil consumption, and allow stronger oil based sanctions.
We seen how much oil demand reduced during covid, gas well summer is coming..
but besides affecting us, the thing is if the west sanctions are too harsh on Russia then their arm could be twisted to push further west..
I think thats how Japan were drawn into WW2, oil embargo by the USA.. Japan had been taking advantage of the war taking what was of interest to them.. Then the US decided to put an end to their activities cutting of their oil imports, so after failed politics they attacked Pearl Harbour...

This what the cash being used for phase 2 was originally planned for, then they would have needed another $3mm(estimate) per completed production well

If we are fully financed I would guess its only for phase 2, but in the latest interview DM mentions Lib could be used to raise funds for value adding exploration but gives no hint to phase 2 or after.. but still 200mm at 10p is £20m,

I dont recall any mention of using equity, or both equity and debt to pay for the plant and infrastructure...Talking of a short payback period I assumed debt..
Maybe its needs to be a combination of both,.
While debt is being paid back further exploration may be planned but seems early to be thinking about that..

@Bluebay, Your probably right but we have the new infill data, looking for deeper target(more volume), so could have different prospects this time around..still 19p risked offers a lot of upside unrisked..
