Ongoing interpretation of Phase II 2D Seismic data has identified multiple areas of interest with POTENTIAL closure at both the Lake Bed and Karoo Group levels. The area surveyed was not previously covered by historic 2D seismic, so ANY newly identified closures would be additional to the Company's current resource base and prospect portfolio.

Empyrean Energy advises that it has received further notices to exercise warrants (exercise price 12p per Warrant) over a total of 375,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Warrant Shares"), for which funds of £45,000 have been received by the Company.

The Company will also issue 375,000 replacement incentive warrants expiring 22 October 2022 with an exercise price of 12p and 375,000 bonus warrants expiring 22 July 2023 with an exercise price of 18p, in accordance with the terms of the warrants being exercised, as detailed in the announcement on 9 July 2021.

@Void, being as they seemed to just issue 100m shares and surprise us with £10m, I guess they need approval to issue 200m shares, and this approval is for a 1 year period..
And they will allot shares to raise funds using a number of different methods/options..
I hope that plant is in the 200m shares, or at least its chimney

let it be that the Directors be unconditionally authorised to exercise all the powers of the Company to allot up to 200,000,000 equity shares in the Company for cash.
That such authority shall expire on the date of the next AGM of the company.
But the Company may before the expiry of such period make an offer or agreement which might require shares to be granted or equity securities to be allotted after such authority expires.

@skittish, I am not so sure about your interpretation, I struggle with the subject so cant argue otherwise but I think that could mean all existing share holders offered first, then to others..
The 100m shares issued for the £10m raise went partly to the new brokers(canaccord) clients.
Resolution 5 suggests to me that some of those 200m shares can be allotted for cash, through convertible loans(" or to convert any securities") but I struggle with a single sentence being a 10 line paragraph full of Or's
Convertible loans could be target related, so the loans are only issued as He1 successfully progresses through each stage moving towards production..

@Turbot, you can have buys being greater than sells over a number of consecutive days and the price continues to fall, eventually you will tend to look more at the overall volume and price. Then start to notice when the MM distorts the view by kind of gapping the price at the end of the day.. Up until the very end of yesterday the share price was =<10.1, yet
at the moment we are showing down with a sp of 10.2, oddly the mid currently is 10.3 with the bid/ask is 10/10.6..
Not that it really makes any difference as you check the live prices, and then perform some dummy trades before buying or selling..especially on large amounts as the difference trading in smaller batches can be hundreds of pounds..

They write those code(TNCP) explanations for the trade experts so I probably have it wrong, but the price is identical..so a sell and a buy.. or a buy and a sell

Probably have this wrong, but the earlier trade was a typical price discovery trade( matched trade within the bid/ask price), and the later being negotiated, my guess first trade was to fill a negotiated over the counter order as echo offers OTC services ?????

last time the markets had a 4-5% rise trading was difficult for the PI , I bet the institutions with their priority trading services were mopping up the shares...but thats life, hats off to the Game Stop Pi's...
