A rig from Texas would have taken up to 2 months by sea, so I guess mobilization costs would have been more than the drilling phase.. ADV started paying for their off-shore rig from the day they started transporting it from the previous project.. I would not be surprised if thats what the extra 100m share was to cover...
Could be the options was down to timings of rigs freeing up, one in Texas or Africa..who knows...

Not sure about Weatherfords Irish links, could just be that originally its place of incorporation was Bermuda, then Switzerland, currently Ireland... No functions given for that Office, so maybe just for registration??

@Micru It appears M Williams, MIDAK was responsible for managing the drilling, sourcing, design.....
Now he is part of the team..

Been unable to access Northstar all day to day, was going to do a little more reading, I forgot to check if they had a Texas branch..

No 2022 drilling plan has been announced yet, or any prospects named, that being from the original list or most recent identified.

Besides the surveying and extra data which we have been told little about..
Beginning of FEB DM mentioned, Still working on the completion of MOU.
Along the way DM also suggested the cash in the bank would be enough
But the appointment of Liberum was followed with the possibility of raising more for extra drilling considered accretive..
Later Voting at the AGM gave permission to double the number of shares issued in 2022, 100m to 200m
But no specific reasoning was given for the increase.
Also at the AGM we were told our new Well Engineer was going to look at multiple rig options in Texas..
An option mentioned was a modular unit consisting of 19 ISO containers, way bigger than last years rig that fitted on a flatbed truck..
The engineer flying to Texas, his company MIDAK appear to be the organizers and innovators of the phase 1 drilling solution..
The last up date 2 weeks after the AGM (28th March)..
"The Company remains in advanced negotiations with a leading global drilling company and is committed to the provision of a rig solution for our 2022 drilling campaign. We have multiple rig options and our Principal Drilling Engineer is currently travelling to perform an in-person assessment of appropriate rigs."

I bet Jim took a look at the phase 1 rig, and thought muppets...

Would mobilization costs be from the time the rig is boxed up and shipped, until return or handover to another company or ?

I think the 3, 6 &12 Month expectation is just standard question.
