I read an article, about a drilling contractor, anyway its mentioned missing deadlines meant having to pay penalties.
I wonder if penalties were the disputed amount, maybe not Mitchells, perhaps Midak as they organized/managed the drilling..
Who knows, just wild speculation to something I doubt we will ever find out

Video is positive, but you have missed something..

@Skittish, cheers, finally confirmed the seismic cuts, had it right but there was a 50/50 chance..
Dip line 13, runs SW to NE, there is nothing indicating the point to observe from, so is the left hand fault to the SW or NE,
I assume both lines are viewed from map page bottom ?

@Skittish, That diagram you highlighted p91, fig 5-1, probably just one of many pictorial representation of seepage above a closure and sealed against a fault...
DD13 mentioned DM talking about a hanging wall fault, thats what the diagram is, imo (little knowledge)
That diagram, along with the MSS image suggests the helium is migrating along the the SW side of the fault, not within the blue area... Thats the trouble with snippets..

Is that adjacent to the pad or the area you mapped in blue..
If adjacent to the blue area then maybe one of the plays is under the MSS image, possibly the base of the lake bed??
