Void, Energy crises is only exacerbated by the war, it was already in the making...
Earlier in the year there was talk the Fed had left things too late, and raising interest 0.25% here and there was really insignificant with inflation being so high, yet that seems to be the solution.. It is likely to help us into recession, then lowering interest rates will likely be the 1st option to get us out of it .. But you can't lower interest rates if you have not raised them 1st...
Then more borrowing and even tax cuts ..
So we are already there, ahead of the pack, shaking the boat...skipped the interest rates???

I dont know much about BOPs, or what rating was used at MOU-1 but I guess its possible for a blowout to over overcome the BOP if its rating is too low for the well being drilled...
He mentions 3000psi which is the rating of some BOPs, if thats what they had, pressure was close to exceeding..
If thats the case then they had no choice other than stopping...
