Mmmm, at the moment my little understanding is that logs and MDT pressure can accurately give the OWC level
In that interview they say the pressure measurements recovered from drilling indicate "we do have" a OWC at 5270 ft.

From what I have watched reference a small development, if as believed Serenity is connected to Tain, the two discoveries have to be unitized.. And Tains development plan is in progress..

I also read Stas20 post balancing up the risk/reward, then for Core NAV, switched 2.5mmbls in place of Serenity..
Risk looks better that way

@Tony, I think there is also a difference between i3e and the independents estimates which probably does'nt help..

Aimster, I have Sunday for TD, I will be nervous opening a RNS Monday as I will be thinking either be a duster or preliminary results.. End of the week I will be surprised too, if its any other than good news..

I think looking at the previous drill speeds people are expecting results very soon, so de-risking for most is probably done..

Drilling a well down dip in the Serenity structure would be useful for tagging the OWC in the K50.3.1 Sand.
It would be useful to confirm how the thickness of this sand varies away from the reference point of
13/23c-10, especially towards the west..

Towards the West and off structure I think it was mentioned the sands are 150ft thick, not sure if they are quoting net..
But net seems to be about 50%, as 20ft gave 10ft net.. I think they are hoping for 40ft net this drill, so I guess about 80ft thickness, half that found off structure.. Sounds reasonable, but I am probably just waffling..

@kevR, that is the carrot on the sticks job, The trouble is everything in hindsight is obvious, when it comes down to practice not so..
ADV the traders played right up until the results, EOG they started leaving when the rig contract was announced, and totally cleared off on spud which is the point you know that rig is on site, and systems are go..

I guess with judging financing you have to ask what it means to the companies situation. TRP cant drill until they get the get the last bit of funding sorted, so should rally when complete.. They did 50% on issuing warrants in lieu of fees this week, so getting funds to drill should be super positive.. But getting the finance was an issue last year, still is..

@Serif, I think your correct with EOG/i3e but generally AIM companies seem to be able to say what they want, even some Ftse companies... I was invested in a company that just days before announcing drill results mentioned it was close to being in a position to talk with off-takers,, only to announce the hole washed out. ;)
