the rise supporting last weeks talk around a break out ,
all to be followed by todays presentation directly related to Q1 drilling..
Yet yesterday a £167k sell.. Perfectly timed ???

@Id, did you watch the Matd presentatiom, and he1?
4 presentations, all asked about costs, financing, only one to talk around subjects was DM
Matd, costs of drilling, money in bank..present issues, cos, recovery factors
Miners finance, how much needed, whats in the bank, how many years to production
DM, would not answer the funding question, nor CoS , talked up a discovery, and projects in other countries..

lol, I bought a miner just before news before, it was a bit like EOG..

Its not on the bottom, that was 1.4p, and then 1,68p, now dropping to 1.9p..
How long before the news, at a guess..

Presentations in 30 minutes, forgotten to register, well distracted as usual, getting dippy ;)

QFI looks to be settling at about 2p to buy, each day its showing up or down 5-6% but when I dummy I get 2.0xp to buy..
Its a game, it had me thinking it was going to creep down, and considering selling to buy back later, but I am 100% sure now, thats its 50/50 it will stay 1.9-2.0 lol

Should have sold Gcat, could have bought back cheaper, trading with hindsight would be great...

So whats going to signal your entry into TXP ?

I like to buy 100, 000, 50,000, 10,000 blocks at a time, just to help me count.
100, 000 each 1.00p is £1k, 0.1p £100, 0.01p £10 towards commission lol

If PANR strike commercial I wonder if 88e will upgrade their exploration well to appraisal, as its the same formation they are drilling.. Should look to see how the thicknesses vary between each location if the data is available..
I hope they have another planned too...

EST, could be a 50%er, need to watch the video, and see what expectations are and get in early if good..
BOIL, that licence extension is just two years I think, so they need to secure a JV 2023 to get the drill done it 2024..
If that settles at a low, and is stable like 88e, then it might worth using BOIL as a safe deposit for some cash, as it could multi-bag, just need to see tight spreads otherwise the deposite charges will be too high.. And Boil may never get that JV.. but with the EU's heavy taxes the likes of East Timor could be very attractive ..

DELT is below pre-spud placing price of 3.5p, got a quote of 2.9p to buy,
Its a long drill too, must be a month left, need to check..

@RD, Remember I dont know what DM has planned, so its just for ideas, and to show things might not happen like last time..
Have you a plan....or are just going to put all your money in and hope that drill comes good....
Watch PRD, and see what the share price does once the rig is mobilised, and then starts drlling..
Also check EOG, ECO & DELT, what the share price did when they started drilling..

Its not what He1 did last year..?

RD, there a probably a number of things to consider which people are not mentioning...and they wont..
We dont know any details of the costs involved, or how much is left after the Predator fiasco..
If he raises now at 8p, I would expect a placing price at 20% discount, but it could be less or more, so assuming 20%
6.5p, that would give him £12.8m with all 200m
9p, 7.2p, £14.4m
10p, 8p, £16m

But he is not going to want to use all those shares, but we dont know when he has to pay up, or set a deposit or what ever.. we know nothing..

So could raise a sum now, to announce the rig is booked, then raise again when the price is higher..
so again assuming 20% discount 8p share price placing price 6.5p, that would give him £6.4m with 100m.

But thats all guess work, and then you may not see the price drop to 6.5p, and then it may going lower but I doubt it..

But even from here there is a possibility the price could fall, or rise and then fall back...

It must be the interims are obligatory once started, otherwise it makes no sense unless he is proving the bottom to potential funders to reduce the discount..
I have two chances now to sell at small loss, and buy back cheaper..was thinking about it, but expected todays meet to take us over 9p...
Same as that PRD surprise baby raise for extra long lead items, just £1.25m, started a downtrend..

I guess the more he needs to raise the bigger the discount he may have to offer the investors.
He has 200M shares available, for the raise..
But how much does he need to raise?
That cash balance, was 6 months old, whats left?
How much will the Exalo rig cost, and everything else..
How many drills...
Will he raise all in one go, or in stages
He could raise now, take a placing price of 5p, use all the 200M shares, thats £10m
He could work the share up with news flow, get a placing price of 10p, issue just 100m share and get £10m
We could be drilling 3 or 4 wells as in phase 1,
We have no idea of the costs, he has been keeping this tight to his chest..

Is TXP a traders favorite, looking at its production its not cheap comparing to jade unless jade is cheap, but it compares with kistos, but some brokers think kistos is worth a lot more lol

Are interims statutory once started, I have not been able to find out and assumed optional as now we are at year end and its time to prepare the annuals ? Kind of back against the wall update if compulsory, if not why as he needs to raise, at best price, but could be testing new bottom to reduce the funders risk??

If they are a requirement, then he released a no news RNS yesterday, pumped the price, then sent the unwanted news, and later he gets to add some optimism...while probably glossing over the fund raise.. clever timing

I also have my suspicion there is a little bit of insider trading happening, individual level, suspected it all year, but yesterday lol
End of week, weekend, BB talking of Flag forming and break out,, monday comes news, price moves up, break out starts, next day is the Presentation, so good chance of another rise.....
Yet there was a very big sell yesterday afternoon worth £167,000..
That was too well played, perfect, and who expected any updates today?

I think confident traders move on to make their money, for me its holding, and after this morning, yet another opportunity missed to sell high and buy back cheaper..
EST, if the expectations are positive, then getting in before the others will be worth doing, but miners are still not clicking..In early as that offers a good rise, looking at the chart
