Problem with He1 is Noble have figures near $300m to produce under 1 option, think thats all new,...think they have a no cost option too, but would'nt trust me there..

So after raising $5m to drill 3 exploration wells, and now they the are spending £7m on Tai-c, and will have burnt through £20m by the time its done, on top of that 5, you simply cant believe their costs to production.. Or their ability to get there...

At KevR, that 0.5 is for hydrocarbon producers, and they probably run processes separating and cleaning up their products so I guess its additional income, from an extra process or two, but dont really know..

When you look back He1 have never offered what is commercial for their proposed setup in the form of gas flow, but have in in terms of costs which I think is somewhere around $51mcf for a 2 Bcf discovery, I guess thats $49mcf to the Tanzanian Gov, so $100mcf.. But I would trust me on that...

@lotus8r, there has been no mention of fracking from He1, the rock is supposed to offer good quality reservoir characteristics, no mention of it being tight...

If you look back through IGs posts he has done some flow rate to percentage helium calculations based on another company,

Depending on which doc you read..typos I guess or my memory is not the best as I thought they were all in the 4% range.

At the moment you can sell some to take up the offer, so if your holding, there is no cost, maybe a little profit, and your supporting your investment.. obviously there are still risks..

@IG, I thought they said if the results were good they would case the well for re-entry, which will allow them to perforate the well for production testing later.. So I guess depends on how long it would take to order the equipment , and acquire any permits if needed, for say the explosive charges used to perforate

Then there will be testing, measuring down hole pressure, and % helium, it would be good to know a range of good values for each..

2. If no gas is found, they need to continuing exploring

3. You need to be bit more specific as you could be answered along the lines flow rates/% helium , or they could answer like accountants, IRR/NPV,

You have probably made a good choice, just did'nt catch the best of both prices..

I am thinking He1 messed up their comms, and withholding the cost of acquiring the rig and its inventory on the basis it will affect their leasing price is just hiding the cash situation...
