@Legal, I knew you would come back with that reply.. You being right and I being wrong makes no difference to my opinion that you did'nt need to keep bashing on about the raise on the He1 BB.. You could have talked freely here with the same out come if you had no influence..

Placing I was betting on announcing gas, before raising..

If they were dastardly clever, getting it all done in advance, announcing later, and claiming its with no discount lol...

Or no discount, but with warrants executable at a higher price which would provided funding going forward..That would in turn have people speculating the institutes know its a discovery..

Interesting, on London Stock Exchange that large 3.5m trade is listed in order at 11:41, so not shown as a late trade..Yet no volume on the chart, and late on

@KevR, be truthful if you feel the need just don't over do it, at the end of the day all this funding talk has probably brought an early finish to the rise...

Funding is coming, we all know that, but they have'nt run all the pre-drill news to get the price up.. Odds on there will be a show too, there was all the way done on the 1st drill...

An opportunity gone to waste for the LTH, and He1 will have to raise at a lower price, like last time...

The trolls will say they dont influence the share price, and it was the MM or city boys or whoever. buts all probably linked...

@Tro, I checked the chart around 11:40, there is no volume to suggest it was recorded at that time, and being 8p no stand out trade.. There are no trades anyway near that volume all day... The price was 8p, and the price was kept below it from early afternoon until close at near enough 8p.. So my guess it was being filled while the price was in the 7s until near close..

But your more likely to be correct, so why would it jump if it was a buy still being filled, as the MM would have to pay more than the agreed price to fill it ?

If it was a sell the MM could let the price rise as they have a shed full of cheap shares, if it fell further they would be out of pocket..

But I do see +3.5m vol from 10:30-11:30, so that could be the start of it being sold off...????

That late trade, if it was a buy to fill fixed at 8p, then the MM would aim to drop the price so they could fill it as cheaply as possible.. which is what happened..

If the MM took those share on paying 8p, to get their commission they need to sell them +8p, did'nt happen but I think they have a number of days to complete

If 8p was an average price, its harder to work out, the price dropped...

While you could have discreetly discussed it here, after your first warnings, and done what you thought best, selling.

Louis, he is on a few BB I am following, seems to be there before just before price turns negative, saying little at first...interesting timing, being AIM probably coincidence..

That doc will still be in the posts here somewhere, but I cant remember what it was called or which BB I pinched it from, or which thread I put it, but it takes a while for the memory to work

There will be a lot of frustration as just after being told the drill is funded the share price drops, yet again following a Noble update.. No doubt He1 will be wondering if they have missed the best price, but they have a number of updates to put out before that spud..
