88e did a raise earlier this year, 1st dibs the PI and then what was taken was offered elsewhere

QED, included the PI, with a substantial portion offered to them, unfortunately they were'nt happy and missed out on doubling their money a few months later..

@D-Geeman, it will be shameful for them to ask us now, when the times were better they were in too much of a hurry to consider us guys.. Even with primary bid not all brokers were included, and all done at short notice so most missed out..

The concern is that maybe they did need to inform the market, maybe because the amount achievable put some operations risk, and since then the price has dropped +50%..

When asked about the funding they seemed uncertain what they would raise, obviously obfuscation does'nt roll off the tongue like the pen...

It was'nt like they said we can drill Itumbula and just need the extra for testing either... So without knowing costs it could be a reduced program as they need cash to run the company.. Again they mentioned they had cash but not for what or how much...

We got a rig , cash but we need more to drill ..

Will have to listen the the Gov question again, as we know its related to the licences, but I dont think that was the question..

EFF, well the others licences are held between 3 subsidiaries all located in Tanzania, not UK, so not sure thats a straight or complete answer... I Believe Nobles licences are held in a Tanz subsidiary too, Rocket or something like that...
