If your in a nominee account you have almost no rights anyway, especially if your broker does'nt service your votes, or loans investors shares out to be shorted.. And if He1 was a blue chip I doubt you would get all these updates and would still be in the dark..

The audit was to prove, and make the rig fit for purpose, lease or purchase its the same, if remember mike saying they requested strip downs and rebuild of the pumps, epiroc was on site to upgrade management systems....

My point is they issued updates to protect the interest of the company with cleverly worded updates, the NOMAD would have had the same role back then... Its very unlikely the No Rig and Funding updates would have been released pre-Lornas team...

@hasiba, He1 have put out a lot of updates to the benefit of the company, for instance when the rig audit came to a stop because of a Power Issue, engine stripped and they let the rigs crew .. They announced the audit was 85% completed and would restart soon, made it sound like the crew were on a break,,, Was'nt a lie, but the wrong picture, people topped up... There was no NOMAD disclaimer..

@Roger, unfortunately Wolf pushes very plausible points, always one sided though, even when its time to buy..

And I think he enjoys making those points the more he is challenged, so why rattle his cage.. Very few pro posters a pushing fundamentals because He1 are not providing the material to do so..

No foul play in forward selling, loaning shares without informing the guy who paid for them, or shorting, its all legal lol

But nothing obvious to suggest forward selling placing share, which is not so good as it will mean the flippers will be selling into the next drill if in Jan, along with the de-riskers, and the traders in from 1p...

But the share did'nt recover to 4p, (the lowest price for all of the rig related issues), when He1 said drilling would resume after parts arrival and repair... So I am suspicious of the unknown funders activities...If they loaned some shares near the Tai results they will have had the time to discreetly make a nice sum to put towards those funds they are offering... If they had a knowledgeable guy listening to the run up to results odds on they would have predicted the situation. the equivalent of about 2/3 of the allotted shares have changed hands in the last 10 days.. all conspiracy but will there be a pump to follow ?

@Hasiba, there is clearly an increase in volume since the funding was announced, and since the price has dropped it has to be in favor of selling. Could it be the traders buying and then cutting their losses at 10%, as you would think they would be waiting for the funding to be announced,, but it has blipped twice.. so who knows...

Looks that way, so are helping de-risk Itumbula, which is located near hot springs.... Helium in fluids is used as an indicator while drilling Geothermal wells
