But both Noble and He1 were quoting atmospheric helium as background levels for their drilling, my research suggests they drill, establish in the ground BG levels, and calibrate.. But I dont have the kowledge to say either way...

I think Lorna may have mentioned that there are companies extracting water from helium without giving examples?

The company simply no longer provide any info to back up their claims or decisions, and certainly dont put things into context for their main audience who I like to think is us. Did'nt want to say they could analyse the gas on site, only at the AGM they let slip the gearbox issue, but not which one, I assume the unit that splits off the hydraulic power, rather than transmission..

There is a leak, that gearbox issue mention in telegram, AGM, Questions about $4m overrun, and BH dispute..

Lorna said they were diagnosing the rig at Tai, moving it to Itumbula while the parts were on their way, fixing it up and resuming drilling.. What sounds the most efficient use of time to keep things moving.... And up to that point her word has been good..

The creation of the non trading company the same day as results shows they were busy planning, so its hard to believe they did'nt know their cash position. So likely something omitted, something that would have stopped a few from buying at that time... But considering drilling was due within weeks it was surprising the price kept drifting lower, as the previous 52 week low was 4p with no rig and 1 drill planned...

@Hasiba, it took me a while to start looking at it that way, but still struggle to execute when the CEO starts jamming. The traders immune to jam take their profits, and I am back holding to break even..

@Deep100, I started watching the charts, but still find myself like a rabbit in headlights when the sellers pile in..Then when you do sell its just a dip, and up it goes breaking through the previous high...

In the beginning this share had the story, DM created a clear picture of where its going with rampy PR, brokers notes, and news letters, so the BB was buzzing with excitement, talking about fundamentals, drilling theory, and working valuations... Now with the companies you dont need to know anything attitude there is little to talk about.. They were reluctant to admit they could analyse the gas on site...often lornas riddles leave everybody with a different interpretation ! So now its a high risk traders share, a different game..

Happytobemike, I am not sure either, the traders will be deciding that, or if we are lucky the herd on some jam...or a discovery...

QED, drifted down below 0.8p, then worked up over the placing price 1.25p, then on a little jam the price broke 3p, almost 3.5p. trading news thats said to be coming.. now its 2p and that news imminent as usual... So x4 to sell.. but thats some pump

@SullysWorld, Its a new entry point... Not saying buy,, what I am suggesting is those traders entering at these levels or lower, their profit targets will start from here.. When the share price reaches 2.4p its 100% up, so if you are even at 2p but looking for 3p or 50% profit, remember thats a x2.5..

@Deep100, I am not suggesting to buy more....

A few of my mistakes have been holding for my original profit target when my holding breaks even from a loss, so while I hold the guys who have made their 25, 50, 100% profits sell, and price falls again...

@Deep100, might be the time to forget what you paid, and consider the new entry point that has been created, and set your goals from there.. So from 1.2p, 2.4p is a 100% increase and so on...

Then if lucky enough to get back to 15p, you dont hang around for your 100% profit..

@onbeyondzebra, not sure it would be reported, we had major share holder removed from the company list, but no tr1. tr1 history is very sp**** here...

then you dont need to forward sell the total placing amount, could be part of..

not saying it has happened here, but i have followed other shares that have seen significant falls in share price, then on the low the cln provider converts shares, only for a fantastic recovery in price to follow... maybe that recovery is traders buying the bottom, who knows.. seen others where falls occur before each conversion, until paid back.

he1 have'nt proposed a placing but stated they are in receipt of a number of unsolicited approaches from potential investors and are advancing these discussions while also assessing other financing options. so sounds like a placing could be other..

so what sort of company knocks the door of high risk explorers offering money, probably those that can cover their backs.. loaning shares, selling high, and buying back low before returning would achieve a profit in advance of funding, offsetting that risk.. but not sure if thats classed as shorting and the intention needs reporting, but since we dont see tr1s , maybe some are outside that obligation..

i dont know but it happens... company should have been a little more specific about the facility they are discussing to stop speculation..

What if it breaks down again, would they will be liable for the overrun costs..

Breakdown of costs He1 gave to hire a tower rig capable of drilling 1500m

· Drilling rig: £2.07m

· Drilling services: £0.75m

· Drilling ancillaries: £0.35m

Since the own the rig, and ancillaries it makes you wonder how a months overrun costs, burnt through $17m, including the $10m from June 30th

@Twohearts, I don't think thats the same, thats combining orders to make the total number larger in order to defer reporting.

I was thinking if you have a large order you may only be able to part fill it, so have to make numerous transactions, maybe waiting days, especially to achieve a set price.. Or even selling in an orderly fashion may take some time... my 99p is just suggesting its possible to time the completion to create a different picture..

Anyway looks like a buy to me, as the price rose from the bell, until near its time stamp.. but all gains for the day were lost, 99p? ;)

One of the earlier He1 breakouts appeared to occur when a number of large trades were printed late, their volumes appeared on the live charts, the addition caused a spike in volume, starting a nice rise.. Maybe coincidence..

Forward selling, thats a possibility especially since there was no alternative other than to approved the 315m, so the new shares almost guaranteed..so very low risk.. Does'nt mean He1 instigated it or are connected with such practices, but the funder which obviously was present before the update may have the resource to take advantage, its legal... But if so that means the funding will happen.

You also have to consider He1 announced they were still in talks with SOFORI to provide a rig, and that Nobles Marriott was an option the Friday before, the Monday morning the Predator completed a 1600km journey, which included being stripped down to a legal weight for transportation at Tanzanian border, part of 17 truck journey.. They knew the rig was arriving Monday morning but issued an update that crashed the share price.. So the funding RNS is the second occurrence..

@Horults, you bought at 3p simply because you trusted He1 took cost control measures during that down time, influenced by CFO and his tight budget... Something they browsed over, lightly mentioned..

The CEO quite clearly stated the rig was moving to Itumbula, after diagnosis and before repair.. Once repaired drilling would continue...no if or buts.. Obviously a move like that is to use time as efficiently as possible to get drilling as soon as..

Been watching some shares graphs like a hawk, suddenly the signals to buy or sell change..they hold when they should fall, and they dont rise when they should.. Then sometime later they are let to rip again

Seems to be different for each share, so tweaked, adjustable algos.. like a graphic equaliser, ...

There cant be winners without losers, but you dont know if its the 100m, 200m or 1500m...

If that time stamp is the completion time, then it could have been sold over days, just the very last 99p worth completed today to make it look like a buy, but if this is the bottom then you would think they would have printed it earlier to create Friday FOMO.. Even better New York time lol...

@Half-of-2, , maybe by withholding the £143k trade the rise probably looked like a blip, so time to sell, ..
