@Desertsands, forget averaging down, but its blood in the streets pricing now, but may go lower as He1 have put more pressure on the price by indicating drilling is dependent on funding.. Think of it has another trade once funding is done and assess the risk to potential upside

Was very temped to buy last 10 minutes, thinking it reminds me of a few companies price movements before announcing a CLN..which usual followed with a pump....

Ye, but they crashed the sp, or assisted the fall, so a 50% fall results day, and another +50% fall so far announcing funding...

That non trading holding company filing date was the same date as drill results, but not sure how that links in, but watching and it can accept financial transactions ...

They would have known back then their cash position as they had parts to source, a long overrun, and a second drill to provide manpower...

You see companies with no income use CLNs to keep the lights on, so they must get their profit from selling discounted shares to the market, so I guess they forward sell high before those shares dilute the share holders and the price adjusts lower to compensate..Maybe buy back low and sell into the rise too...

End of the day we are educated about short squeezes when a company attempts to buy back shares, so buy those dips looking for profit... groomed..

Placing, she mentioned options, could be a mixed bagged... and finally an open offer ;)

Trouble with a placing, it has to be done at this all time low, and £4m wont go far, but guess they could raise less...and raise again.. But it would'nt make sense to announce the funding in advance if they were doing a placing as they needed a strong sp..

While a CLN facility could be for much more contingent on milestones, maybe 1st tranche agreed higher than the current price with some clauses to protect the funder if the price does not rise.. but being dastardly clever the funder has probably covered themselves forward selling or shorting the stock.. which would have benefited from the last update.....

1st tranche already forward sold.

Must be forward selling, it does'nt need to be full amount of the 315m shares, just enough to cover part of the cash needed...

We could see a performance based CLN, each tranche unlocked at each successful stage..

So successful drill and show, releases next tranche for testing..

So they could secure £6m conditionally.. but only get enough to cover the drill to start...

approx 175m volume since the funding update, constant fall since... +100% to 3p

Rig purchase, and its transportation, and sunbed for that on site look..

Well Swissy, QED BB went straight to fund raising, .....and some making it sound unlikely Valkor will come up with that $1m on time...

So should have listened to Tro, and sold near 3p, as it looks like COP was being used to pump the price...

So JM repeated numerous times the signing of agreements this month that will reveal big partners, but will also need to raise funds early Q1 if Valkor dont get their funding :(

So that June date I had in my head was all contingent..... Wish I checked earlier...
