But CAPEX estimated at USD $844M, I guess that's shared by all parties..

30% of $844m is $253m ???????.....................plus Overruns and Opex

I wonder if that NPV takes into account any tax breaks against Capex ?

@Joe, I would guess there may have been a need to case where each fault was intersected especially if fluids were being lost.. All going well there was something worth stopping to test, slowing progress...

@Joe, so that replacement rough neck is still in the box, and that stand alone arrived after all, just kept it quiet.

Would it be fair assumption that they didn't resolve the hydraulic issue, otherwise they wouldn't be using the power tong ? If so will the top drive be running at low speed ?

So the NOMAD, broker, book builder and MM of He1 approved the RNS released after completion of the drilling phase of Tai, " We are fully funded for our ongoing drilling campaign at Tai, the results of which will soon be published, and are funded for the follow up well at Itumbula."

Then instigated the funding RNS as claimed by He1, almost 3 weeks later, allowing it to be suggested that funding was a contingency to ensure the drill could be completed...

" full cost analysis and budgeting exercise in order to ensure that, once spudded, the Itumbula well can be successfully drilled as planned. In undertaking this costing exercise the Company has been cognisant of the contingency funding that may be required"

@Roger, not sure they meant off- book as almost all trades are marked as off book for He1, or they meant off exchange either as both would be listed, while these we don't see

You always risk paying too much, getting caught by fund raises, the CEOs false promises, companies treating LTH like mushrooms, forward selling, shorting, and AIM volatility, eventually most AIM shares end up on a down trend like most folks portfolios.. At least one of the MM trading your shares. is likely to be the house broker, and book builder with all the inside info they need to take advantage weeks ahead of the pi, and even before the company has decided it next move, especially when it comes to funding...

And He1 have shown there is way around every rule in the book, when it comes to raising funds on AIM

@Kheldar, He1 don't have the full down hole test suite, so not geared up to flow test, costs..

Mike, already clarified the plan for Tai, down hole sampling, independent verification, and return to flow test..

Below is the latest description of testing for Itumbula.

"Once the wireline logs have been run and evaluated, the Company will also have the option to take downhole samples under reservoir conditions using Baker Hughes' Reservoir Characterisation Instrument tool. The Company will be able to transfer and evaluate these samples onsite, as well as sending duplicate samples for laboratory analyses at a leading noble gas laboratory."

So they are saying they can analyse the gas and announce a discovery, and also get the discovery independently verified, nothing else has been added but Lorna is always reluctant to say too much,..

Okay, so Legal is saying the can't announce a commercial discovery, well what they can do is announce a set of results that strongly indicate a commercial discovery is in the making..

Free gas helium concentration, which if low must be have good flow rates to give the volume...so I guess high down hole pressures will be a good indication of theoretical flow rates, something He1 have not shared.. but probably can be googled.. IG attempted to address this topic, but it wasn't appreciated by the nice guys here ?

You need to check these figures, I don't have them at hand, and I think they vary between documents but were all within 4-5%..

if its 4.3% I think that's the p50 resource estimate, above 4.5% the p10 estimates, so 5% blows the door off..

Any show needs to be over a good portion of the reservoir column height, but we haven't been giving info to calculate the volume of the discovery. We need the porosity, area of the closure and height of the gas bearing column..

Any fault based shows, well DM cased his, and Lorna has said little..

So what if they get 5% free gas, as without it being trapped in a reservoir we can't estimate the volume. Pressure will probably be a clue but it will need to be maintained over time...

But nobody here is discussing any of this stuff, so they either know it all or are just trading 10-20%

One thing He1 like to do is create a paragraph, where you get say 4 sentences indirectly related, followed by one that is the key point.But the first 4 misshape your interpretation...

Could be mobilised, as in ready to go at short notice, at their request.. Could be they paid for a service which guarantees delivery within so many days.. Probably cheaper than hiring something that doesn't get used.. But saying so does not add the same level of confidence as implying it's on the way or even on site.

So Mobilised, is a good word to use... has many interpretations ;)
