Guessing, if a Gas then an EWT would be the metering of the flow rate, why wouldn't it be a reading onsite .. Maybe a raw gas being mixed would require the helium to be sampled at regular intervals to monitor the concentration and we know they can do that on site.. and send to a lab..
They must have a range of flow rates to helium calculated ahead of testing that meet commerciality , but probably would require some modelling based on reservoir size to confirm.. But what reservoir ?
So they should be able to call a discovery with flow rates over a period
But if they are flowing fluids, exsolving a gas then I guess it more complicated, but I bet they have modelled what they expect, so know that too..
But who knows..
