He1, the drop is probably because the testing is over, people moving on, also before the EWT they gave 0.5mmcf/d as the calculated rate, thats 500,000 scf/d compared to 834 scf/d.. its a vastly different picture..I guess plenty o traders in below 1p cut and run

@Rick, they raise when they require funds to pay for the next phase, so most of that money has been spent.. They will also take a contingency, enough to ensure they are a going concern,

@Fred, Originally the plan was to discovery free gas existing in rock reservoirs. So this is a change as they are exsolving gas from flowing fluid, very likely water, maybe flowing along faults rather than working its way through porous rock.. they have been very obscure, can you recall them saying the EWT was about flowing water, there were only hints.

I would guess there will need to be some sort of studying looking at the potential impact of, especially 20-30 wells tapping this underground water source, which will likely form part of the local water table as the area contains salt springs..

Although I would imagine water could re-injected back into the ground...

The artificial lift will probably need proving through testing, if a pump it can only flow what it receives, take a look at BCE, their pump kept running dry....

I don't know enough to say anymore, or have enough info to research, and He1 are unlikely to paint a clear picture...

I thought he had learned about He1... end of the day they withheld the helium flow rate from the 1st result, that was a warning, after the 2p pump.. So another 50% drop for some...

The Tanz Gov, will be happy as they have foreign investment proving up their Helium resources, or at least how they can be exploited whether or not He1 is able to do that.

@Fred, one thing to consider is now He1 are talking about flowing underground water, which may have an impact on the local water table, and those springs that provided early clues.. So I guess thats something else to be considered in the development stage..

I wouldn't be surprised if it drops below a penny soon, as they will need another raise, and further testing to prove the artificial lift..... Water can only flow at increased rates if there is enough to feed the pump , BCE added a pump which is artificial lift but it kept drying up ??

But the chart shows many did'nt understand the results as it gapped up or was that the MM trying to confuse those that can't count....

So now they are talking about 6,176 scf/d of helium through artificial lift, at $500-1000/d, say $30000 less costs, taxes and free carry.. $6m per well...
