They use dynamic web pages, which for LSE appears resource hungry depending on what is shown on a page often relative to size as the layout adjusts, my process managing my screens windows was running double, usually its LSE that contributes to that excessive load, but even resizing the page did'nt help

I have never been asked by LSE to confirm I was not a robot before, and it was still really slow..

I wonder if there were timeouts and lots of extra re-transmitted data trying to establish a connection causing a storm, something like DOS attack

So I dropped my internet connection long enough to re-establish a connection to another point of access to the internet so my location changes, and everything is speedy again.. Even my window server process has halved CPU usage, so that could be related to LSE's page

Mmmm, a drop to 15p, looks like they have paid off £2.45m of debt(bonds) by issuing 14,244,459 new shares, which I calculated at 18.7p... So how come it did'nt rise to 18.7p which the bond guys were happy to accept ?
