If an IsA it would be a sell followed by a buy.

A roll over is often the same number of shares, I think...

who knows, I was thinking it was a trader waiting for a large buyer to create some demand to sell into... Maybe a MM selling his book, hopefully not selling to pick up cheaper placing shares...
