Fully agree unbelievable. They should have returned the cash, or perhaps started a buy back in their own cheaply priced water company. Shareholder value destruction. I did buy more though on the off chance they pull out of any deal they are doing
I personally think the market knows full well the results will be poor, so in theory that is priced in. But who knows what the share price will do. If the sp dips and no new news is given, it would likely recover in coming days weeks. But who knows... I'm holding, but not buying more currently, gla
Good luck all I mean
Morning Added to existing long held position, with a trading position this seems to be at the bottom of its 12-18 trading range, can only imagine recovery from here back towards 18.. But who knows, appears sold down

Cheers Pickuzawinnah,
Yes some innovative management decisions would be fantastic, we are owed that to be fair. Let's hope the management have set some juicy renumeration for themselves based on share price performance....
Who knows take over bids may happen by summer... Atb
Jeezo halfords the king maker.. Making us wealthy
I was thinking just now last week sell off was triggered by us bonds selling off on inflation fears. So bonds selling off, yields rising. Inflation fears. Where's the money going to go? It won't be cash long term.... Must be commodities and stocks. Gosh the media is so manic sometimes, guess we'll move back from fear to greed this week.. Let's see
Sunak’s £5bn plan to rescue high streets from collapse
This headline in the guardian will undoubtedly have a positive effect for UK retail, even if hammerson tenants not direct recipients. Will help maintain viability of high Street shops, which may drive more footfall...
Next week may be a good week for hammerson
Of all the "good" profitable companies I hold caml must be the worst performing. I can't fathom how this share can't hold 270p despite copper price being where it is.... I almost feel like there is something "fishy" about this company and its share price movements. It doesn't react like other miners and the market doesn't seem to like it much
Just to add I had a look at nrr, interesting company but I see more upside with hammerson. I'd consider buying some nrr if hmso rose 50% plus from here... Apologies digression from hmso. Hopefully plus 10% today
Was just thinking of those words from Boris, they could see this share rerate considerably from this point forward... {OK we know it may not be the last} market seems to think it may be true.... Where might we go 30p? By summer maybe 40
Hi
So we've gone x dividend recently, should or dropped more. If someone entitled to the div sold today they net 51p plus 222p which is 273p, that's quite something?? Or have I missed something
