Because it trades on sentiment... everyday we see more and more restriction... which company in this environment would want to spend the few £££ they have on location adds? not a chance...

Might more be a momentum trade rather than an investment atm.

The whole airline sector is being destroyed... sitting on a lumpy loss with WSG but will try to stick is somewhere and forget about it. The firm contracts are real and sticky. stay tuned

Ok the EV / Rare earth trade is a no-brainer in 2020.
Compared RBW to PRE, although PRE "estimates" to have much more volume, their concentration of rare earth oxides is SO MUCH LOWER ! (see latest RNS) but has a market cap 7.6x higher...
RBW is ripe for a god-like move up!

I have to admit, the covid19 situation seems to get worse and worse, I am afraid RGL will remain a dog for a bit longer. Despite my bullishness I had to fund new trades and sold today... Defo stay on the watch list, good luck to the holders

Based on the language in the RNS this seems "invaluable" and looks like money is already in pipeline with a "worldwide" addressable market, "now offering these antigens on a commercial basis"... Although my execution was poor to say the least, the shares trades at a P/S discount to certain Covid19 play peers eg. FAB at 10.4x vs. GDR 32x vs. 4D 497x (!!) vs. SNG ?! not rev !
Don't forget this firm is already established... A BIG BUY IMO

Current share price 0.1575 at time of writing is a steal.
Implied share price post issuance is 0.1660.

EPRA EPS decreased by 32% to 2.6p per share. EPS is typically weighted to H2 and EPS would have been c.0.4p higher had the company included income associated with a particular asset, which was originally expected in H1 but was paid post period end.
- As previously announced a Q2 dividend of 1.5p was declared, which reflects an H1 dividend of 3.4p (H1 2019: 3.8p). Regional REIT continues to target a dividend of 6.4p for the full year.
- EPRA NTA per share reduced by 10% to 102.5p, largely driven by a valuation decrease of 4.3% due to Covid-19 uncertainty.
- LTV at 39.7% remains within Regional REIT's stated target of 40%. The company also has ample cash of £68m and substantial covenant headroom.
- Rent collection has remained strong, with 97.6% of rent invoiced for the period to 30 June 2020 collected as at 11 September 2020. EPRA occupancy remains stable at 89%.
- the company is confident in fully covering the 6.4p dividend target

rent collection Q1 98%, Q2 93%, today's Jefferies UK Economic Activity Radar rose to 65% of pre-COVID levels driven by a further pick up in public transport and congestion data. People are getting back to work specially in Suburbs. Trades @ 38% disc to NAV. Met with management many times, it is a very well managed REIT. Long term hold for sure.

Bears will focus on ID(11% revs). As covid normalise, people adapt, ID should rerate, infact ID EBITDA loss reduced to $2m (1H19 $2.3m) despite revs -20% showing operating leverage. Boku remains exposed to highly attractive secular growth trends in mobile commerce and security.

Strong RNS, although not surprising as announced in previous RNS.
