I think the primary need for this RNS is to flag top line weakness.
I believe they could have put a bit more emphasis on the outlook...
Peers in the sector have all said activity is normalizing, PYC should not be any different. Buy on dips !

Trackwise Signs New Deal With Swedish Customer

(Dow Jones) -- Trackwise Designs PLC said Friday that it has signed a new
contract with CathPrint AB under which it will supply the Stockholm-based
company with its Improved Harness Technology component parts.
The U.K.-based manufacturer of products using printed circuit technology said
that, under the multi-year agreement, development revenues are expected to
continue over the next two years and then be followed by larger turnover over
a further five years, subject to agreement on pricing and specification.
CathPrint intends to use Trackwise's IHT for incorporating electronic
components within medical devices such as catheters, probes and tubing.
In addition, Trackwise said it has appointed Steve Hudson as chief operating
officer.
Shares at 0801 GMT were up 15 pence, 6.7%, at 240 pence.

For whatever the reason these 3 holders have been dumping since end March.
I would not extrapolate too much, this could be due to thousands of reason unrelated to the stock for eg. outflow from their funds, client asking for redemption to pay tax etc.. But at least we know that TWD was under some kind of selling pressure...
