absolutely not. the CEO made it clear MANO does not bleed cash at all. In fact it did not even touch it's RCF. When asked if he would need to issue shares he said word for word "never! even in our tsunami scenario". now don't get me wrong, I remain wary of CEO in general. it's a long term hold, and I appreciate that march budget remains a key catalyst.

btw CEO explained the reason for his share sell: Mithaq Capital SPC needed shares (2nd largest instit holder). Mithaq Capital SPC said either we got it NOW or we won't do the deal. period.
Regarding the RNS release in the middle of the day, apparently the NOMAD (peel hunt) said it must be released NOW ie. right after the management meeting. Clearly a mistake.
Anyway a buy at this level. Long term hold.

The CEO gave a very good presentation with a lot of details.
All in all, even if the government measures are extended, the business is twice the size compared to the IPO, with a pipeline of opportunities that remains healthy with a potential to have a record year.
Based on the efficient vaccine roll out, it is likely that support measures will be reduced. At least this is my view.

I have seen share price pulling back for less than that, and I take the view that I will be able to re enter the the stock at a better stage. Just sentiment can sometimes creates juicy opportunity.
If not then fine - the opportunity set is broad.
Lastly, every portfolio is different with different weighting. I already have sensitivity to testing via ODX, NCYT, ORPH, GDR.
Fair they are all different but guys - take it easy.

Not stoopid at all mate. My 2 cents: I think it comes down to the deal size and type MANO does. BUR much for insit' focus not covering insolvency only. Mano much more high street type of ticket. Although this could be a new business line for BUR.

I am a bull on MANO but heck is happening with the CEO?! Selling now without any reason given? Mate use the usual at least.. "school fees" or "tax".
