lockdown plenty of time in the evening to get those orders done.
Also agree with previous post, everyone rushing to get house sales completed
before stamp duty break ends should keep trade brisk right through till April.

Might need to wait for the update for any significant movement.
My guess is the update will be mixed but other results from the insurance
sector have been better than expected....So we live in hope!

To be Frank the counters in Britain are a joke compared to France where the quality & range is far far far superior, for what they offer in British supermarkets they’re better off not bothering.
My local Tesco is doing a month trail on having all the counters closed so wouldn’t be surprised if Tesco followed Sainsbury’s lead!

Talk Talk should benefit significantly as Bt raises its prices in the coming months
to pay for its financial commitments particularly the roll out of full fibre .
The low bid is an opportunistic attempt to buy at the bottom of the current cycle.

Seems like a low ball offer to get something happening......
Think they’re fed up sitting on this investment which has been going nowhere
so thought we’ll give it a go or push possible other bidders into action.

William Hill shareholders & board have done very nicely having expanded in the USA
realising the UK market is becoming more regulated while the USA market continues to
open up & grow.
This will not have gone unnoticed by the many betting companies in the UK wanting to follow in
William Hills footsteps , Webis could become a cheap & quick entry point into the USA market for one of them combining their online sports betting & digital skills with Webis land based activity &
licenses.
Hopefully creating a company of size better able to compete & take advantage of the opportunities
currently opening up.
