New season: Looks like the opening live racing day today has had to start early 4.35 instead
of 6.15 due to the new COVID curfew in California which kicks in at 10pm
After losing most of March and April it’s a shame they’re already having to make changes on the first day back .... well at least we know a vaccine is on the way...
My hope was online betting will make up for the live racetrack betting looking at other bookmakers
who have done quite well over various lockdowns this year.
Well I’m always hopeful !
Four neighbouring houses to the plot have got together to bid on the plot
a very fair price which we have accepted....
Value starting to be noticed.....
This spike is built on real news & with solid results due soon could become permanent
Seems to be a lot more sells than buys maybe they’re working a big buy through
Usually would agree but think this time we may see the share raising to new levels & not going back to the historical lows we have got used to time will tell......
This update means the company is on strong foundations & well placed to wait for the Californian
betting to be legalised. Also able to take limited bets from Californian residents through 21/22
with the license renewal.
No mention of the results but such a bullish statement means they are likely to be ok one would guess!
Nice 50k buy
18 million cash at time of results /Market Cap 22 million
Soros fund management 12.3% stake (30/Sep)
Improving online offerings
Hopefully Xmas orders are improving & the company have turned the corner ......
Moving at last !
Hopefully not connected to the results ...
Should be an update shortly, would be good to know how they have managed
the difficulties with Covid-19 & developments in licenses, strategy going forward etc.
Nice buys to start the week!
Some papers suggesting MPs want the big supermarkets to pay back the
business rate relief because dividends have been paid....
The fact is without Covid-19 dividends would have been paid anyway & it is clear the
amount paid on safety, extra staff etc has counteracted the relief received, so the supermarkets
are no better off as a result so I think to ask them to pay this back is unfair....
It’s been less effected than a lot of companies but suffered due to lack of sports & weakened
sports offering plus bad depts from struggling customers who saw paying the phone bill as not that high on their list of priorities.
This has come at a good time for eve with people wanting to get orders & delivery done before Xmas...
If they have enough stock & delivery capacity they should do well!
Looks like the system is playing up!
The 100,000 is a buy
Once the agents finished the details will find a way ...
