I would much prefer that we relist with a strong production schedule, plans for further growth and some progress in Nigeria which I feel is coming. I would rather open at 2p in May than 1p next week. That prospectus is an important document I would imagine as the funds come sniffing and better to have actual figures than estimates.

Yes in the heat of the last few days tempers were flaring and the sharks were in chomping anyone who disagreed with them. I hope that CawCaw starts posting here again regularly as things settle down. I also hope that Canada flies and he gets into profit after the years of frustration. GLA

I would have thought that Art will want to share the good news or is indeed required to inform us if it didn't happen. It would be a huge surprise to find that there had been any sort of issue bearing in mind the placing which has caused us dilution of our investments was cited as being the seal on the deal less than a week ago. I would hope that a full update will be coming as Art explains his vision for the company moving forward.

This is completely unlike any share I've experienced before. I'll be fascinated to see who owns the company now, who the lender is. There is a lot of influence being exerted here. Who by? More importantly, what does it mean for the price? What sort of deals has Arthur been pulling together?

PIs like you and me are not controlling this market. Big buyers and sellers are working stuff out in the background. When they work it all out then things will change.

But Mr Market will eventually decide what the company is worth and that is going to be a lot more that today's value.

Every rise is getting sold into by companies taking profit from the two placings this year which have allowed this deal to happen. There's a huge movement of shares from companies which are taking short term profits and others buying in for to be a part of the transformed company. It's a kick in the head but that is at least part of what is going on. Even the companies buying in have the clout to keep the price down.
