PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
A very good interview I thought. Nothing about this transition has been easy from the company, Art or our collective blood pressure but it all sounds very positive for next year with the company ticking along quite nicely as it is. Holding.
I think that the legal representative stating that the deal should be completed within 60 days in a national press interview is strong evidence this is going ahead. We have gone from KM studying is that things will progress to seeing evidence of it.
Anyone who is interested in a comparatively low risk high return over the next quarter and coming 36 months will be considering this.
The acquisition was supposed to be transformational but the market is not convinced value is coming.
I get the feeling that we have landed the golden goose here and that behind the scenes we are adjusting the entire setup to allow for it.
Holding and expecting a very successful 2022
I genuinely think that the price has been affected by a storm of market conditions. The big dump by disgruntled investors who thought they were getting 100% return in a month or two has led to superb trading conditions and a lot of really disappointed small PIs. Just to be transparent I'm happy with a price of 50p by Christmas and a 10% quarterly rise. That's my honest target. I was certainly hoping for frothy prices of 1.5p at relist but the above ruined that. Good luck to all of us who believe that value will come through here.
Reading that back I think it ends a little snarkily. To be clear what I mean is that ultimately we investors have done due diligence and invested our money by becoming part owners of the business.
That is the only thing that matters here. We have invested our money to get a return.
I think that any PI with reasonable skin in the game here is entitled to ask questions about the sell offs, the price shenanigans, the drilling update, the Cuda situation, the CNOOC situation and the profitability of the company, the website, the revised production estimates.
That we don't get them until Q3 is not an issue. I'm a long term investor here. But we are entitled to be made aware of any issues pertaining to the value of the company.
It would be good to have an operational update as a response to the 50% drop in MCAP since relist.
This is beginning to have more drama than an episode of Eastenders. Distractions.
Time to switch off and let the asset be developed. Hopefully an update on Nigeria too.
At 10m rumours of opportunities could shift the price. At 50m we need those production figures to be concrete.
I don't doubt that lots of traders have been trading. We are waiting for a proper rerate based on completed goals
Cuda interest purchased
OLP226 progressed
I could care less about complaining to the FCA. Develop the business and make me a return.
What a morning. So much happening in the background that we just don't know about and it is truly frightening to see us down 15% at one point today.
It's the valuation of the company that gives me confidence here - we really are at rock bottom.
The company is undervalued dramatically.
The news has been superb so far.
The value is not priced in.
Consolidation is not going to see us drop from a favourable valuation - the valuation is already rock bottom.
The price may fluctuate if a placing is done. To see the company valued below 50m would be hysterical. We are actually a producer and Q3 results will steady the price.
I imagine any placing, if there is one, will be to get CUDA's interest.
Eventually the price will rise to better reflect value of the company, which will be a deal more with CUDA's interest.
If we did dilute by 50% to buy CUDA what would be the effect on us?
A lot of outrage about being fleeced again I suppose.
but what I would be interested in is
40% + higher profits next year and a value that reflects that.
Just my own take. DYOR
Holding. Can't see it dropping much more from here. Its moving from being a bargain to being a sinking ship. No point selling down here unless you got in at 0.04 and have had enough.
I do think that the fundamentals are good here and once the warrants and shares have changed hands the price will begin to reflect the company rather than the profit taking of those involved in placements.
In in no hurry - 3-12 months should see things improve dramatically. All things being equal I would expect this to be a 200m+ company by then. In the meantime I'm going to weak myself of checking the price and forums constantly. All the best everyone.
