GreenRoc Accelerates their World Class Project to Production as Early as 2028. Watch the full video here.
Hi Strobe I think that we are a completely transformed company that is going to see really good production figures and profits over the next 12 months. My hope is that we will all achieve our target prices. I'm gutted too but holding on for better days. The market is very quiet and and slow today across a lot of the shares I normally look at - small caps are taking a beating this week. Lots of new faces on here giving the enthusiastic LTHs a bashing. It's all part of this game. I'm holding for better days. The fundamentals are great here and the folks buying at these prices are expecting good returns. So should we but not today. Chin up
No-one could know what would happen here. I imagine that there are lots of the big investors who allowed the deal to happen happily taking 50-100% profit after having their money locked away much longer than was suggested. There are plenty of new investors willing to give them .4-.45. So our dreams are dashed - for today. Patience required. The positive here is that Arts plan are no longer hopes. We own shares in a thriving company. I suck at trading but with patience I can do nothing. The MCAP will eventually reflect the company just not today by the look of it. GLA
Once again Tiburn you point us to the gold. Yes in terms of forward looking actions this off take agreement for continued miscible flooding over the coming years shows an aggressive intent to get production up. Art has been busy
Emotionally, it's very disappointing that we are on to another extension. You would have to be a robot to not be annoyed.
even so, nothing had changed. Around 60m of serious investors money has been poured into making this happen. COPL is changing from a tiny company hoping for a big payday from a relationship with Essar to having to sort out the 3 years accounts of a private business while kickstarting the productivity figures with said investors calling regularly I would imagine.
I'm not saying it shouldn't be done already. I wish it was. What I think is that this is a minnow becoming a much bigger company and I guess that's why RTOs take a year or so.
Easily done Wacca :-)
Looking at the initial costs and valuation of the deal compared to WTI current pricing it's hard to imagine this coming back at less that 1p, even with nothing else in the pipeline (it's not often I've used that phrase in such a literal context!). If Art can stir some excitement about Essar, Mrginals or elsewhere who knows?
Interesting thoughts about how much cash was required to get this deal tied up and how much would be involved. It does make one appreciate the stress that the team must be under. Let's hope that we are within 30 days of seeing some returns.
Good to see you posting again CawCaw.
Interesting that CNOOC are bring targeted again by Biden.

Hi folks
I've been reading with interest the posts here. It looks to me like we are getting there - slowly but surely. these are not easy matters and COPL is undergoing quite a transformation - from limping along £10m punt to £150m+ producing American oiler. That sort of transformation is difficult, painful and slow.
Yes, the company has grown 4x and our shares aren't worth anymore to us (yet on paper!) .
Yes Art does not feel the need to tell us everything about what he is doing. Personally, I think he would never get anything done if he did. Whether it's June, or September I don't care as long as this ship comes in. I think things are going ok here - no skeletons in the closet and the proper paperwork getting filed. Best to come back water tight and looking our best.
Really, Art isn't going to take any notice of emotional emails except maybe to get annoyed, frustrated and distracted by insulting and unprofessional language from PIs. In contrast, you can be rest assured that he is very keen to keep happy those companies and contacts who, with a great deal of personal assurance, have pumped many millions into this company to see this transformation come about.
We will get the pleasure of enjoying the same success that they were convinced is coming or join them in failure and loss. Either way what will be will be.
It's been a very long wait for relisting. I think that most expected that the company would relist by the end of April and it has taken that bit longer. Many folk here have either very high exposure and/or expectations. The longer the wait the more stressful it is.
I don't see any reason for a producing company in a prime area with sweet light oil like copl not to come back. It has a positive future and a number of avenues that could make it tremendous. Wherever it comes back at 0.7 or 2.5 (or consolidated) the market will decide where it settles. Bearing in mind the forward looking nature of the company's actions so far (increased miscible flooding, funding available, further aquisitions being considered, technical team growing) I think that there will be good interest, especially as we have crossed the magic 50m valuation which makes us of interest to professional investors.
The patient risk takers who don't sell in the first hour of ramping will be hopeful of a 10x increase from this price within 12 months.
Where I stand, or anyone else does, is something only we can know. DYOR, have a plan, stick to it and God bless everyone :-) it's a beautiful day out there.
