Daggermal,it depends what the conditions are, I personally don't think they want any bailout, as then Virgin would also have to be offered a similar bailout in terms of approach and WW would be happy for Virgin to go to the wall. I think the board wil look for options to take government cash such as loans, Furlough, without the need to have conditions and be tied down which could restrict the group going forward e.g. like Lufthansa, I believe he german government will have seatson the board. Staff are going to be furloughed until end of July 20, hopefully the unions and BA CEO talk and agree a suitable framework for discussions. Once flying starts again in anger, your looking at current SP moving up towards £3.50 mark. Long term holders will do fine here, with further competitors going under due to Covid-19, IAG should do well, but your looking at 3 -5 years before getting back to pre covid levels of flying.
