tk, they DON't have to tell us before talking to another party! They would however, have to get approval for any takeover or significant change in ownership.

Prof, you are right - I can't remember when it was said but am sure I heard that a Major had said, "give us a call as soon as you have some core" or something similar....

I suspect that most on here have not contacted Ben to question what is happening. I emailed him on Friday morning. He normally replies in a few hours. This time, nothing. Not even a holding reply. Whatever IS going on, we will only find out with official news. My hope (and expectation) is that the delay is good news and am still holding my 1% but you must all do what you feel is corrrect for yourselves.

I agree that over analysis can be dangerous if it turns into a worry fest or ramp fest, but this IS a discussion board and I would suggest that posters speculating is what makes this worthwhile being part of. If you are only going to read official company news, what is the point of being on here?
Some (particularly those with relevant experience) can often interpret or explain stuff that others might not "get". Also, nothing wrong with a bit of fun in speculating, so long as it doesn't purport to be factual.
And fwiw, I am in the camp of Ben having his hands tied with verification before news release, but that IS speculation!
If I thought he was sitting on bad news, I would have derisked by now.

Remember, Ben has form when it comes to cryptic comments on drill progress. What about the "drillers are listening to Bon Jovi, Livin on a Prayer" or some such, when he was telling us that they were "halfway there" on a previous drill!

That £15k buy earlier was mine on behalf of my father. Should have been a £10k buy at the same time too, but maybe that has been delayed.

Those two delayed trades (buys) totalling £25k were mine, on behalf of my father. I hope to persuade him to double up next week...

Well, despite my father buying £68k worth this morning at 250 ish (two tranches), it seems this has dropped a bit more today. Shows what a liquid stock this is these days!

Another £5k added this morning. This must be ready to move up soon. Surely?
