A few delayed trades gone through but nothing of sigificant size to explain the rise. Perhaps a big trade delayed until tomorrow?

Not sure where Malcy gets the "more than handsome 228p" for the share price?!

I wonder if we are going to get an aftermarket RNS with more info so that they can included it in tonight's preso? Market seems to be optimistic today!

Well, Mitch did say "shortly"! But it IS interesting that they havent waited until there is stabilised flow as they said they would.

Yes there has been the usual City "snouts in trough" here but the scale of the raise is quite stunning. A is now fully funded to production and V is funded to DFS. That is some value!

I guess a few are posting its a bad deal to try and drop the share price for a buy in at cheap prices .

So, looks like the book build wasn't completed last night (they might still be drafting an RNS of course) and to be fair, the RNS yesterday did say its' timing was at the discretion of the book builder. Intra day RNS I expect but does that mean share trading will be suspended until then, like TSX?

Share awards to management of up to 8%? If that is not a sign of imminent takeover, I don't know what is!

"Unfortunately I cannot disclose the details of our commercial arrangements with Shell. However, I can assure you that our technical team is working very closely with Shell and that we are confident that Columbus production will start shortly.
We will, of course update the market as soon as we have achieved stable production."
Can't say fairer than that!

I have just sent an email querying Columbus production and whether there are any penalties on Shell for not getting Shearwater sorted.

On the basis that the time to buy is when the sp has drfted with lack of news, I have just placed a buy order for £5k at 5.999p. Will it be filled?

The only consolation is that if it IS 2022, there is a better chance that one of my other investments (probably HZM) will have bounced, freeing some funds to be moved in here!

So, BM stated the following on 30th September:
"we are now working on the final details of the FS and look forward to providing further updates in due course"
I wonder how long "final details" can be expected to take? Will we get a Christmas present or is it 2022?
