I would like to think that Ben and the KAV BOD have delayed again for a reason, rather than just not being able to organise a **** up in a brewery. Clearly, they ARE going to exercise, otheriwse they would have pulled out by now. So why the delay?Must be a to give them a chance to get the SP back up, musn't it?

Strange that many are starting to offload here. Being at an ATH, I guess the temptation is too much. And each to their own of course. However, I am reading that a total hydrocarbon embargo on Russia is definitely being looked at. What do you think that will do to gas and oil prices if The West cannot importthe 4-5mbopd that it currently does from Russia. And as for gas, name your price. Serica is only just getting started IMO.
When there are mass civilian casualties in Ukraine (Putin is only getting started and I don't see him being gentle going forwards), the pressure on Western Govts to be seen to "do something" will be immense so this is not as daft as it may sound, even though it will cause short/medium term financial pain.

Fat finger buy at 9.45?

Although it was MM that got me into this share 3+ years ago, I don't think he is a great presenter. He clearly knows what he is talking about but struggles to pitch at most investor's level (well, mine anyway, and I like to think I am not thick). The only thing I need from MM is to know that he is still fully loaded with 4.5p shares!
Clearly some feel that "trust" in the company has been lost and are exiting. Next news will be interesting to see if the exit trickle turns into flood.
Maybe I am foolish but I am looking to add more when I can. :-)

Im with Slong and put my money where my mouth is with another £10 buy around half an hour ago at 4.05. Not showing up yet and had to battle to get them with several attempts at a fill or kill. Some buying going on in the background IMO and will show up later.

JP, I'm not disputing that. But just because it might be 10 years off doesn't mean you wouldn't include them in any negotiations!

LW, maybe because the NDA precludes KAV issuing any news at all? Or maybe KAV only want Molopo IF a deal comes off with whatver talks are ongoing for the KSZ? They could then get on with Ditau/KCB and MF while a Major "does" the KSZ and we get royalties?

Agreed. It is just too neat that month end is Monday night. Realistically what will change for Molopo between now and then ,other than a legal restriction (NDA) ending?

Levi, totally agree. This is VERY positive for me. Why delay just a few days? Surely they must be in talks that are almost at their conclusion and don't want the complication of Molopo Farms this week? Big Bang RNS on Monday?

It never fails to amaze me how "bad news" such as the Russian invasion of Ukraine results in panic selling of pretty much everything, regardless of how sound the investment or how little it will be negatively impacted by said news. And it's not as if this came out of clear blue sky - it has been on the cards for months! No problem holding a few weeks or months or even years longer to see value here.

Anyone know what sort of timescale an expedited assay on cores would take, if KAV threw (someone else's?) money at a lab for quick turnaround? :-)
