petwilkinson - fully agree with every comment you made and I also look at both sides of the story in case I missed something either positive or negative. Unfortunately, the aforementioned poster is completely blinkered and seems difficult to utilise the numbers as issued by the company and their forecasts to identify loads more money is required.

If I was him, I would buy a parachute as every post he seems to getting further into fantasy land. I am very concerned of when the placing comes, he will hit the ground very very hard 🤣

But it has been obvious here as for weeks and months. You can see those selling large amounts are way below the bid. Gives you an idea of what could possibly be going on but I currently see no reason in buying when it is difficult to sell.

But at the end of the day K3VMC would rather listen to the Bod and nomad opinion v my opinion. Funny thing is, it was written by the broker side of Allenby and the Nomad side weirdly agreed. Funny that really bearing in mind Allenby probably earn £35k per year as a broker and will earn £500k in the near term placing. Funny how words like SUGGEST come out but unfortunately the figures are pure fantasy.

Yes will wait for the funding to happen first - you and most know my targeted buy in price as I highlighted it several months ago but will still wait for the funding RNS before I buy.

Personally, I do not think RP can say anything else if he is sorting funding.

However, if he is not sorting further monies, he has no problem updating the market. I remember for about 10 months HNR were in final discussions regarding the non dilutive funding for ED but didn’t get it and again with no updates for multiple of months ahead of the dilutive funding.

Seems very familiar with the BOD not really updating the market to me anyway. Time will tell

So the first 9 months revenue was $5.9m as per the interim report and the Q3 update but you feel BOOM will achieve revenue in the last 4 months higher than the first 9 months?

Even with this, they also say “The shortfall in revenue will result in a larger loss than expected (ACLe: $3.1m) and management is guiding to an adj. LBITDA of $4.5m to $5.5m (FY17: $5.7m). Cash at the end of September was $1.6m”

Highland is in advanced discussions with third parties to sell Nitrogen. This will be the next announcement in my view together with the funding required to put this into production and monies required for other projects.

With funds running low and a delay in the ED project funds are required to cover the overheads let alone the multiple projects they are trying to bring into production. Difficult times resourcing funding at the moment but sure it will happen soon before the end of November. 👀

This has been an illiquid stock since the IPO in 2016.

The liquidity didn’t change in the previous placing and so I do not expect it to change this time. The BOD have already proved their inability to run this business with the route they are taking have proven it doesn’t work. AH was a founder and DB left and sold out before he lost money. Did exactly the same in Coms.

Shame DB didn’t stay as most people posting would have liked him to stay and lose the lot when the administrators arrive. I can see DB buying Merlin again off the receivers to do this a fourth time for £10k or something like that.

Interesting though to see how it develops and how quick the administrators will be called in. Bearing in mind how difficult it is getting to raise money, they may find it impossible when they try and consolidate it early next year. Fully agree with Miss G and see it in Q1 but could go into Q2

4th October profit warning

Well it’s quite clear - ignore the ramping crap that was written to try to overcome make the profit warning not look too bad. It was all a load of waffle. The main points were

“Despite significant year-on-year revenue growth, revenue for the 13 months ending 31 December 2018 is now expected to be below current market expectations with a consequential material impact on EBITDA”

“Cash position as of 30 September 2018 was $1.6m”

“The abortive Triton Digital transaction earlier this year led to the Company losing some key content which has adversely impacted EBITDA performance versus the Company's and market expectations.”

“The adjusted EBITDA loss before exceptional items (being costs of the Triton transaction and corporate restructuring) for the 13 months ending 31 December 2018 is expected to be between US$4.5m and US$5.5m.”

Doesn’t look very good to me - has anyone read it?

I think the best time for you to enter may well be the week after next. The first few days starting the week commencing 22nd October is when the £225k of rollover trades will either have to be rolled over again, they have found additional funds or for some will be forced to sell.

May be best at the end of that week to have a look as I feel the selling pressure will have a detrimental affect on the SP

Let us increase the revenue in the last 4 months 20% compared to Q3 and for 4 months, the revenue would be $3.9m

So total revenue for this year would be $9.8m well below the last update saying “between US$11.5m and US$13m”

The adjusted EBITDA loss before exceptional items (being costs of the Triton transaction and corporate restructuring) for the 13 months ending 31 December 2018 is expected to be between US$4.5m and US$5.5m (12 months ended 30 November 2017: EBITDA loss before exceptional items of US$5.7m).

Well the H1 EBITDA loss as reported in the half yearly reports was $2.9m (£2.2 million). So the next 7 months, the EBITDA loss $2.8m without the Triton loss which cost a minimum of $1.6m giving a total EBITDA loss of $7.3m.

So people that think with a cash balance of just $1.6m at the end of September with revenue sensible forecast of $9.8m up to Dec 18 with a huge EBITDA loss in excess of $6m they do not need money?

The trading update was a profit forecast telling everybody that can read between the lines and add up a few figures, BOOM is in huge trouble due to the inability of the Board. I remember the Triton acquisition being the best action to take as it would increase the expansion hugely - totally different view from RP when he realised he was living in cloud cuckoo land.

Still let all the shareholders take the loss as the Proctor family enjoy the huge spoils of the salaries taken as they do not hold. And people criticise me. Unbelievable really!!

Yes you did copy it from an RNS for the half yearly report dated 19th July - so no wonder I couldn’t find it.

It was not in the RNS about CLNs in May or the Placing in June.

Since then though we have had a Trading Update on 4th October where I couldn’t find it either. But the trading update with cash of just $1.6m at the end of September which sought of shows the Board’s belief was completely wrong. Feel there is no point going back that far when further reports basically says that comment was incorrect.

Yes you do not agree. That is fine but I feel you are misleading others thinking there is no placement coming when in reality, it is.

One of us will look stupid over the next several months but feel I am 100% correct. There is not a chance this will ever get to breakeven and being cashflow positive by the end of this current year.

Will be watching though as I am still looking for the trade from around 0.5p
