You need help. I’ve explained the first year benefits in my 15.59 post yesterday which is based on an optimistic CAC of £65.

Your figures in month 12 you assume will generate £14k - they will not - the cost is £65 x 400 which is £26k which generates revenue that month of 400 x £5 revenue so £2K based on the average customer being contracted in the middle of the month. Therefore month 12 costs the company an operating loss of £24k as per my figures.

Overall, assuming they achieve these figures they do not earn £168k but £24k. This is additional business to the current operating business which is losing £1.6m per year and so will still do so. But they only have equivalently £1.4m once they pay all their liabilities and obtain the receivables. So again - skint.

Regarding the second year, our figures are the same based on these figures. Yes they achieved £600k of additional profit but still losing £1.6m so equivalently overall will lose £1m .

So where do you think this additional £2.6m will come from assuming they achieve these optimistic targets.

You asked for the current running costs of the company as per your 16.33 post which i answered is £2.8m as per the accounts. I also included that the loss is currently £1.4m per year.

So with 400 customers per month generating £600k revenue? Where do you get that from? At least I pointed the revenue out per month based on the figures given by AH.

You clearly do not understand the current running costs of £2.8m which includes admin and costs of sales which still produces a loss of £1.4m as per the accounts. But you think after 2 years we will be breakeven by with gross margin of 600k which is rubbish but let us assume you are right. So in 2 years after losing 2 x £1.4m loss = £2.8m loss over 2 years (which Toop don’t have the cash to cover this) will still be £2,2m loss even with your figure of gross revenue of £600k. Unreal!!

Forgot your point about the founder loan

I included it in my equivalent cashflow balance of around £1.4m as the £544k loan has to repaid at the end of Q1 2019. But not many seem to look at the payables and overall liabilities.

Although retired now Bradley, having run my own limited company for 20 years, you need to look at things at a basic level and see if your plans are going to be beneficial to your bottom line.

It doesn’t take much to perform a very quick cashflow analysis to identify that AH doesn’t have this ability. This plan will not work either as hopefully you can understand my workings.

Yes the figure approaching 800 customers - the interview tickled me when AH was quoting one day where they had paid £500 to attract a few more. All AH has said he will not do digital advertising if it goes above £90 per customer - well worth it for generating gross revenue of £250 over 2 years lol. That’s about £400 per customer per year based on 30% profit - but that 30% is total rubbish but may be Todster reads this and let’s us know from his knowledge.

Well spotted - Been a while since I read that from June last year but when I read this year’s one, they were almost identical from memory

What did tickle me the most was in June 2017 it said “the Group is likely to remain loss making until the Group has substantially increased its number of customers from its current customer base such that the gross profit generated by the Group’s customer base (after incurring costs of customer acquisition) is sufficient to cover the Group’s overheads”

And last month it said “Due to the early stage of the Group’s business development, the Group may generate sustained losses. The Group’s ability to generate increased levels of revenue and to become profitable is dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to: the success of the Group’s marketing activities in attracting a significant number potential customers to the Group’s website and the cost of these marketing activities”

And then it finishes it off with “Although the Group has approaching 800 customers, the Group’s future success is dependent on the Group significantly increasing its number of direct customers and accordingly if any one of the factors outlined above is materially different to the Directors’ expectations, it could have material adverse effect on the Group’s ability to generate increased levels of revenues and to become profitable.”

Let us assume it costs £65 on average to win each customer which generates margin of £250 over 2 years - so £185 gross margin for 2 years with year 1 generating gross margin of £60 and year 2 will then generate £125 gross margin

So currently they are generating 300 additional customers per month - let me assume on average over the next 12 months Toop win 400 retail customers per month

Each month 400 customers x £60 is an additional £24k gross margin.

Let us assume the year starts now and look what gross profit will hit this year’s accounts

Month 1 - generates £24k gross profit
Month 2 - £24k less 400 customers for x £10/mth gross profit (£250/24mths ~ £10/nth) - £24k - £4K = £20k
Month 3 - £16k
Month 4 - £12k
Month 5 - £8k
Month 6 - £4K
Month 7 - level

Expect full year results up to September 2018 to be

£1.4m revenue
£1.2m cost of sales
£200k gross profit

But his main point was transferring the business to more retail where the margins are better away from the 10% gross margin in wholesale

1) wholesale

Generates 10% gross margin - so the £3.5m will generate £350k over 3 years and has been pointed out on several occasions will not benefit this year’s accounts. Even next year will only generate gross margin of £115k tops

Additional 9 partners again will only generate 10% gross margin but no figures attached to these. Pointed this out before, will be lucky if it hits £50k per year generating £5k gross profit

2) Retail

Each customer generates margin of £250 over 2 years so AH thinks it is worth spending £90 to win each customer - so £160 gross margin for 2 years with year 1 generating gross margin of £35 and year 2 will then generate £125 gross margin

So currently they are generating 300 additional customers per month - let me assume on average over the next 12 months Toop win 400 retail customers per month

Each month 400 customers x £35 is an additional £14k gross margin.

Let us assume the year starts now and look what gross profit will hit this year’s accounts

Month 1 - generates £14k gross profit
Month 2 - £14k less 400 customers for x £10/mth gross profit (£250/24mths ~ £10/nth) - £14k - £4K = £10k
Month 3 - £6k
Month 4 - £2k

Well just to clarify your point StillWaiting that those with bearish views have not done what you say

Neither MissG, ERV1, Todster, kitkateat nor myself have ever invested in this DOG and never will, not even for a trade as it is a POS

So none of us are bitter, never bought the stock higher up and never have lost us any money.

We have all looked at the figures in the last set of results and nothing has changed at all apart from increasing the marketing costs to try and attract more customers. So ignore the past and let us look at the future

Now let us assume AH figures are correct then in his presentation which made me laugh but cannot help himself with more bull5hit like he is a significant shareholder. He is not anymore and now holds less than 3% from 28.5% due to his own inabilities to run a telecoms company. He didn’t even buy in the last placing which should really tell you something. He doesn’t even have faith in his own bull5hit either.

And just a few phrases he mentioned:-
The board think this is the last placing - not a cat in hells chance
The board believe they will be cashflow positive within 2 years - they do not have enough cash for this with a maximum of 12 months money left
He is quite confident of winning new contracts - well he will if he spends £500 in a day and doesn’t get operating profit until year 2 - do not think he has thought this through
